  1. DUSHANBE BHILLY BHOY on

The alleged referee …..S. McLean… open brackets…aye that will be right…close brackets

    wins ….

    ……The new Davy Syme award.

  2. Mike in Toronto..,

I think it is more difficult for strikers to score when the tempo drops.

    Oh wait a minute…,

    FFS McLean…!!!

As I was saying, it is more difficult….

    Oh wait a minute…..

    Nice finish..,,:)

  3. impressed by ciftci … given his bad luck of late, it would have been easy for him to let his head drop after being denied of a good goal …. but he didn’t … he kept working and got the goal he deserved . really happy for the big man.

  4. Celtic score 6

    Clean sheet

    What’s not to like.

    Wonderful display from 14 players.

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY RONNY

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY HENRIK

  5. I heard he was dead on

Now that was a performance we have not seen for a very long time.

Could have been 10 -0 today.

Izzy must never take another pen

I am in the Jock Stein stand watching Nadir. That bhoy is trying hard.

Is he the first Turk to score for us? Think he is.

  7. I think RD lost the dressing room – after he found a new one.

Honestly after two weeks of some absolute crap comments it was a privelege to watch so many talented plays performing as they can.

I was marvelling at Rogic’s control and the strength he showed. Together a very formidable show.

The reaction of the players to different goals and even the penalty missed showed why I like to watch Celtic – the sheer joy they provide when it all clicks.

    I love Izzy btw.

    How you doing pal?

He is certainly the first Turk I recall … but I’m not actually the oldest blogger, so someone else may correct me.

You are right … he has been working hard … glad that his hard work was rewarded today.

Janko looks good going forward. Hard to judge his defensive qualities today, as he wasn’t really tested, but can only play what is in front of you, and he looked good today.

Thought Rogic was very good in the first half, and Biton and Brown really good in the second half.

Wonder if getting a good result in Ajax did wonders for the players’ confidence.

  9. Joe Filippis Haircut on

Amazing missing Armstrong.Allan, Joe Hanson plus the new Cente back and Lustig and the loan bhoy from Man.Utd. H.H.

  10. Celtic win 6 nil

BBC headline izzaguire misses penalty for hat trick.

    Couldn’t make it up !,,,,

  11. Over the moon with the result, it’s time we put a team to the sword.

The sheep result puts things in perspective re the huns, they pumped the team that ran away with a puppy league last season.

  12. Brilliant performance from the hoops today. 6 going on 15… both full back were outstanding as was Rogic. Scott Brown gave another captains performance and pass marks to the full team.

A word of warning though hoops…. Aberdeen absolutely destroyed a team that ran away with the best football league in world football last season! Allegedly that league also contained the world’s most successful club who couldn’t even make it into a computer game!! Ha ha :-)

    Delighted today

    HAIL HAIL

Totally agree. All three you named were great today. Hope I meet you when you are home. We are same age I think.

    ? Was 50 in June. :)

  14. What a great day! Cifti wasn’t on long but he got a goal and assist. He deserved another assist and his goal was wrongfully chopped off.
