I’m an impoverished pensioner living on limited means. I can only afford to go out 7 days a week.
I think we have better players than our two rivals. Not only that, would I be correct in saying that from our rivals only Tavpen and (ironically) Craig Gordon have ever won anything?
Same goes for the dugout – I’d rather have a manager who has won and lost than never won at all.
Every game is high pressure from here, but our games against Hertz and the huns will carry extra pressure/significance. Ditto for the huns re. their games against us and Hertz, but I’d argue in addition to their games against us and the huns, Hertz have two additional games that come with added pressure, namely the derbies against Hibs.
The 6 point gap notwithstanding, everything suggests the league is there to be won IF we can supplement the squad with at least 3 more decent players sooner rather than later.

I watched the Hertz n hunz today and I can say with certainty that now we will blow them both away simply because we have a brilliant man manager and guys like Cal n KT who are miles above what they have.
HOWEVER…..we are really shallow after our first 8 or 9 players and we MUST get players for our next 20+ games….forget about the long term for now….sign players to win this league.
People might laugh when the read this but the type of window I want is guys like Burke, Weah etc.
Guys who can play for us right away and not be fazed.
If we can get similar to Bellamy n Keane then great but lets face it……
We should try our best for Troy Parrot and Evan Ferguson.
