By all means shout abuse at players, the board etc. However, let us just lose the ‘best fans in the world’moniker. We have fans who seem to only attend games in order to hurl abuse at our own players.
Some of the posters moaning about entertainment are the very same posters who give us updates from games involving a second division team. Why do these football purists watch that ‘entertainment’ then?

Tottenham’s frozen-out striker Emmanuel
Adebayor has told the public that he is at not
only a low point in his career, but in life as
well.
“I have tried to keep my belief but I cannot get
any lower,” said Adebayor. “If I am lower than
this it means I am dead.”
Having been relegated to training with the
reserves, the 29-year-old hasn’t featured for
Spurs in any competition since May 19th –

“What I found difficult was not training with

You say a lot of money and competition has left the league. Strongly disagree. Much more money was lost by trying to compete with the cheats. There was also very little competition. One team with the full cooperation of the games governors ensured this was the case. The,amount of money that was lost to the game and the country is in the hundreds of millions.

Look at the ‘best league’ in the world, outwith Rooney and Van Persie , there was a distinct
lack the much vaunted ‘creativity’ in any of the games on show over the weekend!
It all depends on who you talk to, or which MS ‘rags’ you read, as to wether there is any
creative midfielders around.
I think there are, the really good ones are out of our reach, sadly, so we just have to rely
on our own Bhoys to come creative, every so often!
I think they do very well from to time, but what do I know!

Hi CRC
I’m fine thanks. I knew someone would out me on my cross-dressing ways. Getting a bit chilly for the mini skirt.
Some great debate on here today.
My tuppence worth is that every time we try to introduce fringe players to the set up for league games we tend to have a difficult time of it. Haven’t seen any of yesterday’s game but I believe that young Fisher had a good enough game up to when he was subbed. If there is an issue with players not being ‘up’ for these less glamourous ties then that really is a big problem.
I would like to see more of the young players getting a chance, but perhaps NL is disinclined to do so as he fears the fans reactions if all doesn’t go to plan.

Who are these supporters who criticise our team ,not CQN’S Bhoys ,we wouldn’t do that,it is the rest of the support.so they say
“What’s (wrong) with wanting a goalscorer and a good defence at the same time?”
I predicted that someone would say that. The “I want it all” slogan. :-)
It is, of course, the ultimate aim but… if you are looking for someone or something to improve do you, after they have improved some area, just respond “Aye but you are still rubbish at that” or, if you are the one doing the improving would you not like to hear a wee “Well done on sorting that out! Now we’ll get round to working on some other areas that need improving”.
Nobody, I repeat, nobody, not even stephbhoy, wants us to have a poor defence or a poor midfield or a poor attack. But, we are Celtic operating in a peripheral league with the players we can attract without going bust. We will bequeath our club intact to our children if we do not demand ” I want it all spent now on me and my entertainment”.

Agreed, the old jungle brings back some great times and memories. I think back and sometimes I have to laugh when I hear about the GB getting it in the neck for lateral movement.
I understand the concerns, but sometimes it seems Elf, safety and PC have taken over, not just in football but in all aspects of life.
PS : Copious amounts of alcohol seemed to make people deaf and much noisier and that was certainly true of the old jungle.
