But a time and a place…surely. Welsh, in this case, is an idiot – completely playing into Hun hands – gives them a free pass.
That said – I suppose it doesn’t really matter – whether or not he said anything, a blind eye would be turned about Morelos in any case.

My point is that it is a stupid thing to say at this time.
HIs statement simply serves to deflect all of the attention away from the issue at hand – Morelos’ violent stamp and the subsequent lack of action from the Referee.
Welsh’s statement helps the opposition. If you don’t agree – fair enough.
If his statement is picked up widely, I’ll be interested to see what the main focus is – Morelos / the Referee / Welsh’s quotes.

Barkas will take time to settle and it won’t be this week or next week. I wonder if he has family with him? His English is apparently not that great and he probably doesn’t speak French so he is a bit isolated and what with Covid 19? He might turn out good. good coach could tranform Taylor – I’d play him every game before Laxalt who will be leaving anyway.
Was Frimpong exit explanation a veiled criticism of Celtic’s demonstrated lack of ambition in Europe and poor technical play? I think so.

In my opinion, the sentiments were poorly expressed and should surely have been kept in house.
Are we about to write the keeper off or does the earlier article on the Stevie Woods show still apply? What of Ajeti? Another write off or will he play following the customary 12 month incubation period?
I expect us to finish 15 to 20 points behind sevco this season. Hopefully, that’s good enough for 2nd place. A sad state of affairs.
Our best chance of reclaiming the league next season seems to rest on the hun mgt team departing and that clumpany down sizing to our level.
We just don’t seem up for the challenge.
In the absence of a plan at least we’ll still have our memories and our DVDs

Looks like when we don’t get reasonable explanations fans shout out for them but when we do get them fans say they should be kept in house. What is a manager to do? It’s pretty clear from history and not just Celtic history some players take longer than others to adjust – remember the king of kings, Larson, didn’t exactly set the heather on fire when he first came. It’s more predictable when, unlike Barkas, the player hasn’t been playing for about 12 months e.g. Ajeti.

It was a better performance last night but let’s remember the opposition, Hamilton are bottom of the league with a goal difference of something like -28. We should be finishing better, but as I say a better performance and something to build on.
Let’s go on an unbeaten run to the end of the season, that should be the target.
Why would our club from board to manager not call out the cheating of Scottish officials what do we have to loose.
I have never understood this. So what if they call us paranoid it gets it out there and maybe the MIB will subconsciously not give dodgy decisions for fear of being called out.
It can only benefit us calling the MIB’s out.
In fact you could do a video on Moreorless getting referred under different rules.

Whether merited or not, do you honestly believe Neil was correct to share his thoughts as he did? How will that affect the player? What about wider team morale?
Late last year, Paul suggested worse was to come. Sadly, each passing week proves him to be ever more correct.
While a Celtic win is always welcome, the game had a lack of enthusiasm about it.
It reminded me of an end of season game where there was nothing left to play for.
With the current set up do i have confidence for the future ? Most definitely no.
We need change, in mindset and in personnel.

I didn’t think it was a devastating comment and I think Barkas may feel some relief at others knowing the extenuating circumstances. I thought this showed good man management. Maybe they had a good head to head and this was the result.
I think we don’t know who our preferred keeper is because we don’t have our preferred back 4 – who can cope with that lot is the question from game to game. I think for a while now we will see Bain in goals and the back 4 that played against Hamilton. If the guy from PNE comes in then Duffy or Bitten will get rested. At least this new guy has being playing football every week.
We’re a poor side and the second half of last night’s game was really a demonstration of that, no energy, get second goal then our defenders spend the next 30 minutes passing it to each other. Against a better team, remember Hamilton are bottom, we would have conceded again, really nothing to inspire but then again I loved him as a player and I have met him a few times, a really nice guy, but Lenny doesn’t inspire so what can we expect? Hamilton changed it last night after we scored the second, what did we do? Nothing, waited for the 70-75 minute mark and change the strikers, so predictable.
We have no one to blame but ourselves for the way this campaign is going but dear God the ‘officials’ really aren’t even trying to hide it, are they? Another Sevco game, another blatant dismissal ‘missed’ and another clear cut penalty for Sevco’s opposition not given. As I keep saying after most of our games the referee did not lose us the game or make us drop point but by God they helped, conversely they help Sevco in EVERY game, shocking but if we and other clubs have nothing to say on it, what do we expect?

I C & P`ed that so that I could say that I totally agree with you but, on reflection, surely even in Scotland Morelos will be cited and dealt with accordingly ?
If so, what duration of ban is likely? ie Does his `previous` lead to an extended ban?

NL already conceded that frimpong money is not available for transfers.
Celtic were less vulnerable to Covid downturn due to front loaded season book sales. The financial downturn at CP is also due to the lack of CL money over last couple of seasons and, now, next season.
Frimpong won’t be the last.
In the absence of Jobo, here are my three:
1) Soro;
2)Turnbull/McGregor;
3) Taylor.
See, without the strict rules of the inimitable Jobo, I allowed myself a joint second place selection. I thought Duffy had a decent game but Ajer was off the boil. Our two forwards are beginning to show that form is not too far away.
Finally, if we were not creating chances against Hamilton I would be a tad concerned but that was not the case. The same performance another day would normally result in about half a dozen goals so there is a case for a wee bit of optimism.
Did anyone really expect the cash from Frimpong’s sale to be used on the team?
We are a downsizer and will continue to be so. We just have to accept that we are being shafted from high.

What about Duffy, Bitton, Brown and indeed his own inept performances this season.
I don’t see him throwing any of those 3 under the bus or indeed taking responsibility for his own incompetence when it comes to tactics, team selections, in game management & the Dubai trip farce which by his own admission was a trip he pushed for.
This season feels like a bad dream.
How does Ajeti get a game in front of Klimala? In fact , how does he get a game period? Scored a couple of good goals in his first few appearances but seems to have gone rapidly backwards .
