EVERYONE at Celtic is deeply shocked and saddened at the sudden death of one of our colleagues, Andy McCann, who passed away early this morning at the age of 77.
Andy, who was part of the groundstaff at Celtic Park for nearly 37 years, having started back in June 1978, was a very popular figure with players, management and staff throughout his time at the club.
Celtic Chief Executive Peter Lawwell said: “Celtic has had many great servants during its history and Andy is one of these people.
“To be part of Celtic for nearly four decades shows the love he had for the club and we will always be grateful for all he did.
“He was always a man of great popularity and warmth and he will be hugely missed by us all and, of course, his family.
“We send our heartfelt condolences to Andy’s family, his children, Edith, Andrew and Jacqui, and his grandchildren, Ryan, Graham and Jamie. They are very much in our thoughts and prayers.”

I would like to think Forrest is already behind GMS in the pecking order

Excellent play from Celtic, Forrest getting his first dig, nae joy

For someone who’s position is under threat, Forrest is playing pretty poorly.

Hope I am wrong but this has no score draw written all over it.
Would have been nice to see a fuller Paradise to raise the bhoys today. It was always going to be tough following the midweek high, next week will be a tough test of the team’s resolve.
European hang over weekend…..Chelski held at home yesterday and Spurs losing at home today

Cold wet and windy.
The widely anticipated anti climatic first half if ever there was one.
Whole team struggling notably Forrest and Commons the former especially has got to at least try harder, standing watching from the wing off camera won’t do.
Guidetti still toiling as is Johansen with his touch.
Keep your eye on the bench.

Complete Celtic domination but unable to convert numerous chances

Re. Parking the bus.
The reason these games are not all destined to be 5 nil as so many on here and at CP seem to think.
These are the games the team needs backing. Frustrating not to be there too though for me.
Forrest against a packed defense is useless. Better with space in front to run in to. His passing has been poor.
setting free the bears for Res. 12 & Oscar Knox
I agree hence the smiley:))
GMS is man for this kind of game

That was his first dig only if you discount the one saved on the line and the blocked shot
Which,to be fair, most are discounting
