Off to sunny or unsubtle Seton Sands at lunchtime tomorrow … strange times already booked our “dinner” on Wednesday but on the positive side wee yin & granddaughter are going to be baking all week if it’s raining … am pretty good at eating, so all good :-) my good lady loves caravans, I usually turn my nose up but wife, daughter, stepdaughter & granddaughter are all buzzing …. an easy life is priceless :-)

Some excellent performances and attacking combinations. Frimpong was energetic and had end product, good to see him tucking in at the back post for his goal. Edouard is a class above which we all know. I thought Christie was outstanding, he was key in the transition between defence and attack and that was evident in the 1st and 3rd goals. Klimala impressed me, he likes to run in behind and i would be interested to see him and Eddy play together as he would stretch teams and create space for others. As a team we looked very hungry to work hard and to commit bodies into the box. Overall a good days work.
Some things to consider in the short term, how good will Barkas be? Can we hold on to Edouard? Who else will move on? How and where do we add quality?
Me & MissGFTB’s picks are in … already looking forward to approx 10.30pm Monday night to see how many realise I am correct and my daughter is incorrect with her 3 choices :-)

I’ve had time to reflect on today’s performance.
Absolutely outstanding.
Energetic. Skillful. Relentless.
We had 80% of the play and had 25 shots
And just look at the line up we have on the bench.
Barkas. Bitton. Ntcham. Rogic. Klimala. Griffiths. El Hamed.
So many attacking options. It’s the Celtic way.

Ive only read back a couple of pages so I am not too sure if many agree with me or not ?
From middle to front, Celtic were very good obviously…however my concern about yesterdays game was the number of “Free Headers” that Hamilton got in our penalty area . Better players in better teams will make us pay in the games ahead…hopefully not ?
I am also concerned that the Griff wasnt even on the bench ? Did Neil offer any explanation ?

In MELBOURNE…Ive just heard the BBC News and how 5 Million folk in Melbourne are now under curfew, and can leave home between 8pm and 5am for the next 6 weeks due to a Spike in the Virus.
My best wishes go to all those folk affected .
I am STILL unsure about my proposed weeks holiday to Blackpool and as a result I still havent booked the Hotel and/or Train…has anyone got any update on COVID News in the North West of England….as I may wait until the end of this week before making a final decision….
