Delighted with the performance. Patrick Roberts looks to be well worth the loan deal. A few on here questioned the decision to bring him in but he looks every bit the quality player we were hoping for.
However, it’s important to note that Brown could well have been sent of. No ifs or buts.

He was always at the fourth official, in the first half, when a decision went against Hearts. Madden had to speak to him twice about his comments to the fourth official.

…thing is, how much of that windfall re-appeared back onto the pitch ?
It’s all about money but, more importantly….it’s how we use the money.
In terms of – the quality of the product in the dug out which, will take care of the quality of the product on the pitch.
This philosophy was ditched when, MO’N left and…Lawwell and Park got their hauns dipped in the gravy.
Since then, 40,000 empty seats have appeared(Saturday excepted).
And yet, the fans keep coming back – paying for season books and then canny be bothered turning up to watch the product on the pitch.
Worse still – the 200-odd Green brigade heroes apart – the rest of the crowd, the majority…sit there playing with their phones ?!?!?
Again, the money has to be used properly.
The problem is….not one person from the hierarchy with any ‘clout’ wants to put the product in the dug out and, on the pitch as a priority.
Celtic will slowly die…..if that disny change…imho.
So, so sad.

Totally agree about the quality on the pitch,and my opinion on PL’s stewardship is well-documented.
It seems to take the form of having plans in place to combat a drop in income. And then implementing them,causing a drop in income.

Warburton’s 4 year old team has never won a league.
They are on the cusp of winning their 3rd Divisional Title in 4 years, but only the winners of the top tier can be the League Champions.
That would be us, at the moment, with tomorrow night’s match going a long way to deciding whether that remains the case. It would be a fantastic 3 points to win before the sheep head for Tynecastle.

Sportscene has never been slow in highlighting potential post match overtime opportunities for the video review dept. of the SFA.
Has anyone any information on how T.Rogic is doing. Last seen staggering semi-concussed up the tunnel. To the refs credit he stopped the game to allow our player to be subbed as he was clearly struggling.
Haven’t seen attempted headers like that since Cousin and Prso played for a now defunct Glasgow side.

JJHS@9:09 – There was much talk among our company, all were ‘present and correct’, it has not always been the case this year, that they felt the Kilmarnock result and the way it was achieved, felt like a turning-point.
Sometimes you have to almost hit rock-bottom before you start the climb back – a draw at Kilmarnock would have been rock-bottom in my book – but hey, we got the win via a fabulous goal – now a convincing win at Dundee would be just what the doctor ordered.
Motherwell will be a ‘hold your breath’ match – they are on a good run, we might have to settle for a point.
Four points from these two games will could see us eight points in front going into the split – feel that Aberdeen will be lucky to get a draw on Friday at Tynecastle.
So a big fourteen days ahead culminating with the Hampden game – this is ‘stand up and be counted’ time for Ronny and the players – fans must also play their part – no more negative booing, or getting on certain players’ backs.
If we lost the league and let Sevco beat us – this would be a very dark season indeed – fear of losing must also be our spur.

Thanks for responding to my whinge about inaccuracies in the phrases used by the media outlets related to old and new club.
I’m hoping that Res 12 is not all our eggs in the bracket. And equally hoping that it does succeed.
I think entities like The Clumpany and Phil and CQN are good outlets for highlighting the issues. Unfortunately these are mostly preaching to the converted.
For my part, I’ve started responding via Twitter and emails to the offending outlets. Unfortunately time restrictions mean I can’t dedicate enough focus on this to have a meaningful impact.
However if “we” all did a small bit, the cumulative effect may be significant enough to cause a re-think.
Simply ignoring, not buying, cancelling subscription, is a good start. But affirmative action on top of these would be more likely to produce the desired outcome.

I note all you say. CQN and Twitter are two completely different audiences.
As part of the Res 12 process I have been asked, and agreed, to post Res 12 updates on here as Res 12 was born here and most if not all of the original signatories came from this site.
I agree that Twitter reaches a wider and more disparate audience, not all of whom are on your side by any manner of means as I have found out, and I am deeply conscious of that.
Equally, it is also a way to reach other Celtic sites such as E-tims, Kerrydale Street, Celtic Underground and so on — though with my twitter account I get stuck into all sorts of other things. It is also easier to chat with folk because of the 140 character rule.
Res 12 will go where it goes, and it will be pushed there. However, it is what happens in the end up that will prove interesting. We are a distance from the end yet, but at the same time we are well up the road.

Bobby Madden’s bias caused him to lose control of the game. Time, and time again the Hearts players committed fouls, with no caution and they took advantage, and in a well used SFA script Scott Brown was booked for a first innocuous foul.
It’s too easy to book Celtic players with impunity, home or away the referee interferes in every game, even when we win.
It’ll be interesting to see if Hearts adopt the same tactics or play with the same desire on Friday?
Celtic benefitted from midfielders with a goal threat and Patrick Roberts in particular has that, it’s all very well having the ability to beat a man, but being a finisher to boot, is a different animal.
Tom Rogic has matured his goal at Killie, and his threaded pass for the second is on Saturday is the fruit of Lennoxtown, GMS will stay in the side, ( goal threat ) MacGregor ( goal threat ) is another good option for the run in. On another day Griffiths would have had his goals.
Now that Keiran Tierney is suddenly worth £10M ( they even know how much Liverpool will bid ) Ronny Deila’s Celtic are in good shape for the tricky Dens Park fixture against a tactical mastermind …Paul Hartley.
