    imo we were fortunate to get a point tonight , what happened to our high press game , we allowed Hibs far to much time standing off and allowing them time to make passes , we are a 45/50 minute team , no stamina or strength, have we reached the low point, time will tell but I don’t think so.

    Some players tonight HID from the challenge of rising to the occasion but who can really blame them they must be saying WTF is going on here.

    Really hope young Connell gets a run v Livingston; classy, forward thinking playmaker with great eye for a pass and a fair bit of dig.

     

    IMO, Laxalt is a great player confused at how he’s been parachuted into a badly managed team.

     

    IMO, it’s not a crime for a coach to own a laptop – it’s the modern game ‘n’ that.

    Passmarks for Welsh, Soro, MacGregor and Turnbull disappointed in all the other senior players. Too early, for Harper and Dembele who we’ll see more of whenever the new chapter begins, tonight was just a part of the continuing farce that dishonoured the fixture.

     

     

    Flying flops Frimpong and Laxalt supporting the most lightweight diamond in the UK, will fail time and time against SPL sides never mind the Europa, especially when the sieve contains the usual suspects and the pick of any three suspect keepers.

    I have no idea whether Strachan jnr brings anything to the team, but I saw him throughout the game on his feet giving the players directions, trying to influence the game as he saw it – something that Lenny and JK only seemed to remember was part of their job once they were told to get their fingers out in December.

    The standards under Lennon were well known to Lawwell. Deila called it out within weeks of joining us. We’ve conceded 16 goals in the last 20 minutes this season.

     

     

    Ultimately it falls on Lawwell. He appointed a very poor manager who will almost certainly never manage at a high level again once he is finally punted.

    Hibs full back Doig for starters, Hamilton regularly start 2 or 3, Jamie Hamilton, strikers Munro and Winter. Cochrane and Hickey at Hearts, both 16 when they played in big games

     

     

    Surely we can afford to blood a couple and still be too strong for Hibs?

    This season must be the most shambolic and disastrous episodes in our history and this club is very good at messing up.

     

    It would be best if the season was ended early and the agony came to an early end.

     

    Fortunately no one is allowed in otherwise the top tier would tarpaulined off once again.

    What a great free kick by David Turnbull, this guy could be our main man for years to come…that’s assuming Peter Lawwell does the decent thing and resigns his post as soon as possible before he can sell him.Was so disappointing to lose that equaliser tonight actually jumped off my seat at Turnbull ‘s goal..haven’t done that for a while ,was willing the young team on for a really good victory until our Achilles heel struck yet again…stupid free kick and unable to defend the cross,story of the season.

    With all the off field problems the nightmare season continues and for all those moaners who managed to complain when the team was riding on the crest of a wave now they see what it’s really like when the good times cease to roll. At least we did the quad treble so it’s not all bad.

     

     

    Thought the team did well tonight considering this day of turmoil and the cobbled together team. Shane Duffy I thought marshalled his defence well with Turnbull and Soro my players of the match. Hazard was doing OK until his disaster at the set piece. Hoops played some neat football in attack but lacked physical presence. Young Oko-Flex put himself about and showed some nice touches – looks a skilful player and hope to see more of this lad.

    Laxalt was blowing out his backside and no surprise considering the effort he puts into his game, it was crying out for Taylor to come on as a sub to replace him and see out the game , another balls up from the coaching staff.
