Only goal threat is from distance
Johnston , like Frimpong,. Never lifts his head.
Far from our worst performance this season. Which gave pretty much all revolved around Lennon playing favourites with his (literally) old mare, Brown.
Nothing up front. The wee boy Cameron will play the next 3 matches and never be heard of again.
A strong finish to the half from us. Couple of great shots from distance well saved.

On a knife edge.
Hibs looked better in the first half 20/25 mins, Celtic dominant in the last 15 minutes of the half.
This could go either way. Hopefully it’s not a defensive mistake that ends the season.
I’ve seen a lot worse this season.

Pleased with our gritty – if patchy – performance.
Good aul’ Celtic spirit in the effort. Think Duffy, Laxalt and Turnbull have been our best.
Agree; hard to feel convinced a goal is coming; they prob feel the same way!
With any one of our 4 unavailable strikers out there we would be on top. Young lad Harper a wee bit raw and it’s a big step up for him.
Took us 42 minutes to wake up and inject a bit of pace and urgency into the game .Need a couple of goals here as ref McLean is another one on the ‘one that needs watchin’ list .
Slow start but grew into the game. Hardly a vintage performance but I’ve seen worse this season.
Turnbull looking a real player but we lack presence upfront – unsurprisingly, I suppose.

McIntyre’s a horrible sleekit nugget.
Nothing up front as we knew. However we might score from a Turnbull pile driver. Don’t think Calmac is captain material. Too quiet. Has done very little and missed a good chance.
Watching Soro and Turnbull just increases my contempt for Lennon’s garbage management.
Pre season feel to the game. a Few shots from distance the best we have to show.
Mikey Johnstone really needs to step up. The owen Archdeacon of his generation, forever to be a bit player,
Rogic touches the highlight, a joy to watch.
Thought we were ok with a make shift team.The young boy Harper needs time, he is playing with strangers and MJ has to pass a bit more, anyway quite pleased up to now.

After Hibs pressure at the start, I thought we came well into the game. Is this Duffy’s best performance so far? Hope Soro doesn’t foul again or he’s off.
Pity Calmac didn’t put that ball in the net just before h/t.
Had to give up on my VST showing, watching Sky now.
Hibs look bigger, stronger and faster than us. Perhaps the superior fitness we built up in Dubai will be visible in the as the game goes on😬😬

Where will the goals come from?
Well we saw a bit of class from Turnbull to set up McGregor (who should have done better), MJ looks lively and Rogic is on the pitch.
It’s unlikely to come from free flowing open play, it will likely be a bit of individual brilliance, but we have players who can make that happen.
An interesting and fairly even game.
Interesting because, understandably, it doesn`t quite feel like the Celtic I have been used to over the last few years. We invariably dominate games against ten man defences but this feels like two sides of equal stature.
I actually think McClean is reffing fairly well. He warned Soro earlier so our bhoy should not have been too surprised at the yellow when he fouled again. Likewise, he warned the Hibs player who tripped Soro and I would expect a yellow for him if he repeats.
I think there will be a goal but from whom I know not.
Turnbull looking classy and Duffy having a decent game ( so far !).
Looking for a few subs in the second half.
Perfect opportunity to see what we have.
