the new midfielder looks player , new striker took his goal well , starfelt doesn’t look a defender allowed Boyle to run at him early doors and caused panic in our defence , keeper also poor simply cannot play with ball at his feet.
oh and by the way , JF is never a left winger.

Maeda must be an absolute nightmare for defenders told to play the ball out from the back. He presses so quickly and with a bit of intelligence. You can see the hibs players looking fir him as soon as they get the ball.
Our shape as a team has been first class too.
Hopefully we can keep it up. Physically very demanding but tremendous to watch.

Thouroughly enjoyed that totally dominant 45mins. Zipping the ball about, creating plenty of chances..more of the same 2nd half please. Early doors for the new Bhoys, but the signs are looking good

Boyles pace is always a threat but the early chance aside we have snuffed out any threat very well. Anyone looking fir defensive fault and doesn’t know football, I’ll give you a clue – our left hand side is the ‘weak’ link – weak being a relative term.
Ange certainly knows a good player when he sees one.
