    Maeda looked a bit more like the player we expect when he came on.We need him to keep it up.Hatate !!!!For such a talent to be playing in a team that won 6-1,he was dreadful.His passing has been getting more careless in the last few games,today was the culmination.

     

    He will be back.

     

    Haksa,MooyGio,Bernebei,Jamesy,Jens,CCV,all terrific.O Riley a bit quieter,but still getting to grips with new position.He was only good.

     

    Terrific performance.Someone needs to teach Abaca how to float a cross in.That’s 3,from goalscoring chances,he has blootered out the other touchline.These things costing us goals.

    Am loving Ange … he instills belief … I thought he was nearly going to blow this week with the media, I know we aren’t the finished article but even though only 1 draw I have enjoyed every CL game and I think we have a good chance of beating Shahktar … surely after 7 home CL defeats we are due a win :-)

     

     

    On a wee personal level I love the fact MissGFTB is now raging when we get pumped in Europe … she has been far too used to us winning domestically …

    Good news your getting booked up for Rory Gallagher festival in Ballyshannon,it gets bigger each year,my big bro(3 or 4 albums from listen,23rd precinct,total guitar head):had the live and a 2nd album of his.along with bout 600 others gave me a sound base in that genre.

    They realise the “majority” of the fan base want to feel as if the officialdom are against us (and they are) so it’s good for business :-)

    What we heard from Ange this week was a breath of fresh air IMO, I only wish he was allowed and I believe allowed to go after the refs, still putting the hun media in their place is a start.

     

    He needs backed, it will take time, I find folks critting our euro performances astonishing, this time last year very few, those who are critting him would have given us a hope of the domestic league, what he has done is a near miracle and I for one am happy to give him the time if the suits back him, thing is, if they don’t he will walk IMO, he has what it takes.

    I think Ange has worked far too hard to get where he is to let any suits or media influence him …

     

     

    He didn’t appear by accident and has considered his family in every move … as you know I loved, and still love Neil Lennon but maybe he was too close to the whole set up and I think Neil gave the journalists a far too easy time …

     

     

    Anyhow … loving our fitba and should love 3rd place but the wee parochial guy I am … just win the league and we go again :-)

     

     

    My wee yin is now 14 so she will be handing down your good ladies book to the wee 7yr old granddaughter to read :-)

    One of if not the best idea that Pete Lawwell ever came up with was just after the 2010 World Cup, when he introduced the Celtic vuvuzelas, brilliant but short lived due to the inherent conservatism of the Celtic oul brigade. I’m pretty sure I was the only one on here to support its’ introduction to the stands of The Park. My idea at the time was that they could be used to highlight every bad decision made by a referee at every home games, ie a whole lot of the time. In the main by the young folks who support the Bhoys, but sadly the old folks said “C’est ne pas la vie”…….

     

    It goes to show you never can tell….

    As a teenager I followed Celtic everywhere not through love or support … more enjoyment … but as you grow up and life sort of changes .., things change

     

     

    I now love. Celtic but now Celtic is way way down the list of my priorities… am comfortable with that …

    All 4 of our Japanese bhoys have a calm and constant energy around them as they settle into an enviroment unknown to them,and Daizen is loving life so far with his family,new house,family around,club doing all to support and assist that process.

    1 I, too, was interested by Daizen’s reaction to scoring 2a well-taken goal. I totally take the point about Zen 3and staying centred. Maybe there is more to it than 4that, though I’m not going to pretend I am an expert 5on Japanese culture. But all three of the regulars 6seem to be polite, respectful and humble. I 7remember the old folks talking of Japanese 8combatants during the War and how they had an 9excruciating experience of failure, which was almost 10unacceptable in their culture. Hence the hara-kiri 11option. I wonder if Daizen feels he has been 12underachieving recently and, therefore, one success 13– however welcome – does not permit of premature 14celebration. There is something dignified about all 15three, in my opinion. Good to see Ideguchi on the 16fringes. He has had such a difficult introduction to 17Scottish football. It would be great if he should 18reveal himself as an accomplished midfielder in the 19coming weeks. Here’s hoping.
