I understand BR being careful with Colby but Tony Ralston is just not good enough. Sorry. Plenty of effort but little else. Colby has to start until AJ is back. Kelachi has to score from 6 yards as well but he does get into good positions. Daizen played well today on the right. Luke should also keep his place on the team. what a miserable day , plenty of chances to win and our centre forward should have scored a couple.
No wonder hibs have drawn 5 games already this season , no intention to win the game and played for a draw , anti football will drive fans away , constantly standing in front of our players and falling over holding their heads to stop the game , the time wasting from the goalkeeper was incredible he even goes to the side of his net for a drink of water prior to hold up play , ref even stops play to warn their captain to stop their team time wasting and nothing changed with Hibs slow play , even the ref gets involved in the time wasting by stopping play , players going to take throw-ins then changing their minds and walking away and leaving it someone else , the slowest walk to take any corner kicks they had, I could go on but nothing will change until a stop watch is used to count the mins actually played and adding the proper added time other than making it up depending on what team is playing , to add on 3 mins first half and 4 mins second half was blatent cheating, 6 subs , a var check goal check , constant Hibs time wasting would have all added up to at least double figures .

If you didn’t see that coming you weren’t paying attention.
Predictions of Hibs and Hearts among others, taking points from Celtic were widespread, in this long hard fought season. The backdrop to the game almost made lost points inevitable, in a shot shy, unrecognisable Celtic match day experience. You could have predicted a draw even inside the first 12 minutes, Hibs knew they had arrived on a good day, and preceded fall down on the job even inside the first half. The referee gave fouls when there weren’t any, he acknowledged the time wasting, but didn’t add any time on.
The lack of goal scoring today ( any old goal ) will haunt this Celtic team, Keletchi Iheanacho fell at the first in his home debut, with a open goal it was harder to hit the bar. Daizen Maeda has now been ineffectual in all of Brendan’s front three positions. this season. Some of Callum McGregor’s three quarter paced shots went in last season not so this, there’s nothing from the outside, or edge of the area.
Seb Tounekti the great white hope, had another good game without a killer ball or shot, but the are are too many other ‘escaped goats’ for regular Celtic supporters to moan about without scraping him. Luke McCowan started brightly, but didn’t take his chance again, an impact sub he remains, Arne Engels form now officially over a cliff.
The staleness in Celtic is palpable, but when you fail to communicate for years and freeze an un sackable manager for his final season, you’ll reap what you sow. I’ve never seen so many empty seats in the Celtic end alone, more apathy, than anarchy on display.
Boolavogue in Chapmans from 5.30pm they’ll likely have boycotters.

LS good defender and able to pass sideways and backwards and repeat but cant start a attack with his forward passing and constantly passes to position.
CCV , why go forward for corners ,maybe he goes up as not to leave him 1 on 1 with an attacker with pace , still doesn’t realise if you grab your direct opponent strip its a foul every time , imo not the player he was ,has body strength and that’s all.
According to Sportscene, Hibs defended very well. I turned the sound down after that. Was there any mention of their time wasting or just falling down to be given fouls by a compliant ref? Was there any examination of the “penalty” incident. Doubt it with Thompson and Naismith being the 2 analysts.

Tontine Tim,
I only remember seeing Willie Fernie when he came back (from Middlesburgh?). Bobby Evans was the 1st Centre Half I remember.
Have to agree about George Connelly. Wish he had been able to fulfil his talent. Great player in defence and attack.
It’s unlikely I’ll ever give Dom Robertson the benefit of the doubt.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39615167
IMHO he should have been chased out of the profession for this one.
But of course – he wasn’t.
The culture was clear.
When in doubt, give it against Celtic.
This Uncle Tim embraced that culture then … and continues to perpetuate it now.
Narey and Hegarty were immense…
