  3. Watched the game today in St Patrick’s Bar in Valencia. Not on Celtic Bars, no idea why, but has Celtic TV and saw the whole game with the exception of 41 to 52 minutes. I’m sure that was a CTV problem, anybody else have the same? Anyhow, HH to all the half dozen or so Valencia Tims perchance they are on here and if you are in Valencia, this bar is worthy of your support. Good beer, very nice staff, and just Tim friendly, can say nothing better.

  4. Lucky enough to have a couple of hours with Paul and Willie McStay ,a few weeks ago,2 better Celts you couldn’t meet.

I think I fleetingly met Sipsini at Cqn10, I was a novice back then and didn’t know many but my family & mates still talk about my stag doo, although am afraid ACGR got landed with me, he was the only whisky drinker out of two tables of 10 …. cracking night Tommy Coyne & Tommy Boyd were excellent entertainment and Archie MacPherson was excellent as well … cracking memories

  8. Disrespect the Maestro, you might as well piss on our club crest……..

Some things always deserve respect. So do some people.

Spent just over a year in Stevenson total hun hole, my hoops turned one or two heads … loved it

  10. Gooooooood Evening CQN – ???????

Firstly welcome back to the returning posters ??

Now Celtic- will he bloody stoap hitting the woodwork ?

What a difference in a player when you stay on your feet James

I love big PC Lustig, but, he is struggling for pace and movement at minute, I thought was poor at both Hibs goals

Oh, wait till big Odsonne gets his first touch improved ?

Finally a huge thanks to the Stenhousemuir/Larbert Bhoys (Bus) which stopped on motorway at Cumbernauld to pick up the stranded Bhoys and girls on our Bannockburn Bus, which had decided to run into the back of a wee car, which ran into another car, which in turn ran into a 3rd car – no injuries which was the most important thing.

Sips has promised his attendance in a coupla weeks. He’s a star, impossible not to like this fella.

  15. Bobby, DD, Went down to the pub around mid-day. All the troops started coming in for the bus to the game. It was briliiant. You couldn’t meet a better crowd. Had a good blether with some folk I haven’t seen for a while. It brought joy to my heart.

Although Jesus and I have fallen out. I suggested 3-1, he said 4-2. I suppose we will fall back in again tomorrow.

That’s nuttin’! My parents had their Heinz anniversary earlier this month.

Got them a tin of beans for it. Gonna cost me in a few years, mind.

  17. BP1 8:28 pm love the song but no the group, Irish ma erse. The brothers Miller are fae Ballymena while the singer James Francis Ferguson was allegedly fae the Falls.

In the mid 60’s Carling had an advert over here for Black Label and the theme was the Merry Ploughboy, they jumped on the bandwagon and recorded it. A couple of years later they dropped the Irish fae their name. Eff them.

For those out there shouting out for the return of Lenny, by his actions today it looks like that ship has sailed. Step forward another Norn Irishman Michael O’Neill a new hunskelper.

  18. DENA29, hope it is just a mild cold. Being an old codger I had my flu jab last week, so hopefully will see me through the winter with no issues apart from my presnt ones. Hopefully see you soon “G”. HH

I’ve telt ye,yer only supposed to talk to him. When he starts talking back, you’ve got problems!!!

Your belief is too strong to worry about a minor crisis of faith,Jim. Why do you think you went to the pub today when you did?

Join the dots, fella. What made you happier than you have been for a while?

There ye are. And you think Jesus has fallen out with you?

    Oh ye of little faith…

  20. GFTB ??

Twice in the games James went down far too easily brushed off the ball, looking for a foul

When he stays on feet and is direct, very very different player

I thought 4 exceptionally good goals for us today

    Another wee thing

I honestly like Ryan Christie in the team, he had a 10 min cameo, created 2 very good through balls, and nearly a 3rd, the Bhoy has talent, if he could get a run

Dislodging Magic Feet ? Is the issue

  22. Jamesgang- I was fortunate to meet Bobby Murdoch in the Vogue a couple of times, Paul McStay ,has a lot of the same characteristics, humble, quiet, unassuming, we were blessed to see them in the Hoops .

  23. BMCuWP

Had I known would have congratulated him today

He was with your Sis a couple of seats along from me

  24. WEEFRATHETIM on 20TH OCTOBER 2018 9:48 PM

I never realised you liked Ryan Christie

    You never mention it :-)

    March 2015 I thought was Cqn10, think you wore a kilt ????

Hope it was the Forrest tartan :-)

  27. Booby, you are a saint. I laughed out loud at your comment about your ma & da’s anniversary. God Bless Them.

  28. GFTB fitba has EVERYTHING to do with religion brother. Jesus is a top Tim. He telt me so! ?

Bada – Paul McStay is up there with TB for me. Humble beyond belief. And far too good a player for the teams he played in. ‘Faithful, through and through…..’
