Juve played a very good game: designed to hit us on the break. They would have been happy with 0-1. Tonight’s score is a dream come true for them. It flatters them, grossly.
Nevertheless, I agree with those who say we played well and looked them in the eye until the third goal went in.
Their counter-attacking and finishing was excellent. Everything else about them leaves a bit of a sour taste. Cynical as well as clinical, provocative as well as attractive, arrogant as well as efficient. You can keep that. Give me Celtic every day of the week.

We have a manager. One that has taken us to the last 16 in Europe, built his team on a shoe string budget all the while living under death threats.
You’re a joke. We’re all hurting but fans like you seriously piss me off.
Why did Sky Sports credit the first goal to Mastri? Yes, the ball was over the line before Wilson’s clearance, but the referee didn’t give the goal. Marchisio followed up and netted, but looking at the replay, Davie Provan said the ball was over the line, so it was Mastri’s goal and they gave it to him all night. So when did Sky have the right to give a goal when the officials didn’t?

Fantastic performance form us tonight.
Have to say though that we didn’t get oue ‘key’players on the ball enough.
Hooper was in the game………….but not where it mattered as with Forrest.
Commons tried hard but can’t do it alone.
Defense was terrible. Efe playing was a mistake. He cost us 3 goals (2 he should have cleared and ! he should have scored). Wilson at fault positionally with the first.
Brown was immense as was Wanyama.
Tactically we were spot on. What you saw tonight was the diffence between 20k a week and 80k a week in the key positions. The ref didn’t help but we should be able to take him out the equation. All the other top teams do.
Learning experience for the boss again.

Read this blog in 3 weeks time and all the pessimism will have gone and we’ll be expecting to win 4-0. That’s what makes us Celtic supporters, we’ll get over the disappointment and we will believe we can do it. I would play exactly as we played tonight with big Sammi back.
Ah well we got further than in my heart of heart I thought we would. I thought we did well for long periods of the game but in the end were outdone by a typical Italian display. They do not play the most attractive football but they get results.I for one will not judge the players or the management staff but thank them for restoring a bit of pride in our european cup progress.Well done Lenny and the Bhoys

Great game tonight
Got to take your chances and make as few mistakes at this level
Was shocked to see Ambrose on from start
Neil took a gamble and it went boom
2 mistakes resulted in 2 goals
The wwf in the box for set pieces was
A total disgrace
The ref was playing to a diffrent set of rules
Anywhere else ion the pitch where you have both arms around a players body would have been a yellow card and foul
If it had been the Celtic player using this sort of defending we sure know what the outcome would have been
Have not seen la liga refs allow this tactic in Spanish football
So must only be for euro games
Both victor and Ambrose had clear cut headers and faiedl to hit the target when unmarked
Also commons had a few great chances to score
All in could have been a totally diffrent outcome tonight
Hope the bhoys know want is required for the next Euro campaign
And make sure we make the group stages again and get more experience to maybe turn over teams with massive budgets 10 times celtics

very proud of the performance tonight and absolutely gutted for the players, we did not deserve a 3 nil defeat.
juve were clinical alright but my god they absolutely cheated at every corner we had, It was even worse than the last time we played them at home but at least the ref on that occasion played to the rules of football and punished the fouling with a penalty.
really sick that a referee can have such an impact on a game and manage to book 2 Celtic players for being fouled in the box!!!!
The first corner set the tone for the night which involved gary hooper being wrestled into the net and because they got away with it our players had a defender with both arms around there waist holding them at every corner!!!!
Absolute disgrace from the referee and I will include the juventus team as a disgrace aswell because how they chose to defend at corners is not football, it is cheating pure and simple even if the ref lets you away with it.
I can live with us making mistakes as a team and the management made a mistake playing ambrose so close after the african cup of nations but we will learn from that.
Tactically we were spot on. What you saw tonight was the diffence between 20k a week and 80k a week in the key positions. The ref didn’t help but we should be able to take him out the equation. All the other top teams do.
Maybes that’s the reason we can’t take the referees out of the equation….think about it…
A very brisk, not time to stop and chat, walk across Glasgow South East after what was a poor night in Paradise, but just in time for Assam tea and cake. Pity it happened with a bulging Gazebo, and in front of the biggest, noisiest away support all season, and fair play to the Italians hope they enjoyed the Celtic gifts from the store, and elsewhere.
The team selection was surprising and the inclusion of Ambrose drew criticism, before a ball was kicked and probably will until NFL’s pre SPL match press conference on Friday, but beware the MSM detractors, the naive, and the band wagon jumpers in the Celtic support.
Samaras was a much bigger miss and NFL tried and failed to stick with a system by replacing big man with wee man, which suited the cynical clinical Old Lady.
No breaks in open football, and the referee also sided with the seeds, especially in the first half . Neil Lennon will stand by his decisions, and we the core support will roll up on Saturday, and the history will roll on, and on.
