The Record whitewashes all Snp scumbaggery, such as, Citizens waiting 72 hours for an Ambulance during the recent, and ongoing, heart attacks and strokes epidemic, since the roll out of the “safe and effective” covid vaccines genocide/depopulation, programs of sleekitry, of the horrible krankie regime.
And has yet to ask why they, Snp/Greens, deleted all whatsapp correspondence, if what they were doing was so upfront?!
Or what was real number of covid deaths and injuries, compared to vaccine deaths and injuries.
A Scottish biker, Alex Mitchell, @ake on X.com, was on GBNews explaining that he got his leg removed from just above the knee due to vaccine blood clots.
He tried to tell his story to ALL Scottish Media outlets and ALL Scottish Politicians, and said the main gist of the response from ALL of them was that, “He was an Anti-Vaxxer” even though at that early outplaying of the Plandemic, he was up to date with his covid vaccines, 1 and 2.
He had a bit of a Twitter/X following, and people Worldwide were sharing their experiences with him, and sounded like something out of a concentration camp type of experiences, since his appearance on GBNews, Mark Steyn Show, a simple honest journalist guy, putting his career on the chopping block, to give a voice the voiceless, and got his GBNews slot banned because every night he`d bring on families of vaccine bereaved, and let them explain their sad experiences, but, Lab/Con-Snp/Green/Lib/Ref/ all Mainstream Media who`s cover-ups were being exposed, got Mark Steyn sacked, and the vaccine death/injuries, cover-up continues to this day!
The Record, The Sun, The BBC, Stv, should be hunted by Celtic in reality World.
Just because!
I so hope I`m wrong, But, in planet reality, Maybe all of the heart attacks & strokes, following vaccine epidemic, I mentioned above, might include a lot of Celtic fans, and surely the PLC would be well enough connected to cross reference the data, and maybe that is the real reason that the PLC are sitting on a great big pile of money?!
Remember this, the Huns and their fans totally slung the covid stuff, apart from trousering the money, because they knew that every word said by horrible krankie, was a lie.
Whereas huge numbers of Celtic fans championed krankie during the Plandemic.
I hope not. FFS!

Gees fair play to anyone who is confident about the second leg. I’ve seen this movie too many times now.
There was some talk in here about Brugge, they’ve spend £25 million to prepare for qualifiers and are set for their 8th CL group stage in the last 9 years.
Meanwhile we spend £3 million and look set to add Kairat to a growing list of qualifier horror shows.
BR’s has had a career in football before Celtic. He’ll have a career in football after Celtic. The same can’t be said for the Peter Lawwell’s, Chris McKay’s or the Nicholson’s. When they leave Celtic, they’ll be joining Mark Lawwell at the garden centre.

As a club, did we do the best we could to be prepared for last night’s game?
Only one answer for me.
2025 started with Kyogo leaving in January (he has since moved from that club to another) meanwhile, Celtic have gradually regressed throughout this calendar year.
Were we to prepare a ‘2025 Report Card’ how would it read?
Last night was avoidable.

The Battered Bunnet on
I suggested yesterday afternoon that this game was a good one for Adam Idah to show up, and asked: What are you waiting for, Adam?
He got pulled at half time because, in the manager’s words, “he’s a good lad, working hard on his game but I couldn’t wait for him [to start performing]”.
We’ve got a decent defence that would be improved by a left CB the calibre of CCV. Unfortunately, our very good right back ill be out for 2 or 3 months with a hammy, and our very good left back can’t last 90 minutes. That means, standing transfers in, we’ll be playing a not very good right back for the next 2 or 3 months, and a centre half at left back for the last 20-30 minutes of each match for the foreseeable.
Our decent defence just got downgraded.
We’ve got a selection of good midfielders to play with CalMac but have yet to perm any two from Engels, Nygren, Hatate, Bernando, McCowan to make a performing unit. And we have no cover for CalMac.
Up front, bar Maeda’s pace (but not his technique) we’re absent any players that give defenders concern, let alone frighten them. Take Yang, Forrest, Idah, Yamada, Kenny (and Tilio who’s still in the building), play them all at once in a 4-3-6 and we still don’t have a forward line to bother a goalkeeper. (Jota won’t kick a ball before January, probably march)
Games are won by the forwards and lost by the defenders. Given where we are at the moment, and with a week or so left of this transfer window, I’d say this squad is looking unlikely to win against good opponents and quite vulnerable to losing against well organised teams with fewer resources – when we can’t score but concede through a mistake, a fluke or a penalty kick.
That’s not in any way a post match rant. I said as much yesterday before the match, and indeed earlier in the year as we coughed and spluttered our way to losing important matches.
We need a forward line. Now! And we need to upgrade the defence in light of the last two weeks.
We can only cross fingers and toes that we have enough guile and good luck to win in Almaty next week.
God I hate UCL playoffs. It’s like sitting in the waiting room at the dentist.

Return leg in the balance. We could still get through equally we could fall to a narrow defeat ….. hopefully Brendan’s seen enough of the opposition to plot a route to victory and with another week in the legs we can squeeze through.
A DISMAL 1st half from Celtic with KAIRAT ALMATY looking better than we were led to believe.
ADAM IDAH ( Yet Again) was a waste of a Jersey and it was no surprise to see him hooked at half time.
Many on here including myself have been critical of IDAH in the last few weeks, and maybe BRENDAN is now sick and tired of IDAHs inability to score Goals and/or to be involved in Celtic attacks ?
I fear that we have been sold a £9 Million PUP !
A whole 1st half where the KAIRAT Goalie didnt even get his gloves dirty….shocking from Celtic, especially playing at Home.
A better showing in the 2nd half, with YANG showing up well in particular, but Celtic NEED to learn than IF you don’t shoot…You won’t score.
A poor night overall especially with ALISTAIR JOHNSTONS Hamstring Injury…plus a POSSIBLE Hamstring injury to Daizen Maeda, in stoppage time when he tried to shoot for Goal ?

Too much of our play goes through CalMac, he is either the default option as per coaching or the easy ball for the players.
The sight of Tony Ralston letting a ball go out only to then take 2 minutes, at least, to take a shy was unfathomable. Same later on in match with Tierney and Scales.
We are robotic with little to no guile or fast press through opposition.
We are also far too passive, physically and mentally.
Last night is on everyone – transfers not over the line, players playing the same way and sub standard but getting a game. I know they say a player gets better the less he plays but how the U21 Portugal captain can’t get significant game time, never mind a start, is beyond me.

Could tell after 10 mins we weren’t at the races….Lucky if we had 4 x players who came out on top in personal battles. Won far too many 2nd prizes, mostly 3rd prizes. Says much that Yang came on and livened up the proceedings. No idea how Idah got a full 45 mins, he was a passenger from the off.
Midfield yet again vanished and offered very little resistance, CalMac miles off the pace.
Why do we persist with the same corner kick routines that we used & failed with 25-30 years ago. I have said for months Idah is not good enough to be our CF. His performances for us, Norwich and ROI do not suggest otherwise. He has the occasional good game, scores a few goals now and again but his overall play and contribution are mostly average or poor.
He was bought on the back of a decent run of performances where it looked like he would get better. He hasn’t. He has regressed. Some will roll out his goals per minutes played stats, or the fact he scored two against Villa as if that magically wipes away all the games and minutes where he is like playing with a man down. We laugh at Desserts but he also has scored plenty of goals, in Europe too. Some crackers amongst them. Still we know he will be shit in most games, just like Idah
Idah was not to blame for last night. He didn’t perform any worse than usual. The problem last night was everyone else played crap too. No pass marks for any of them.
Radio Scotland hasn’t mentioned anything about the game, apart from the boos at the end against the Board. Nothing whatsoever about the time-wasting, play acting and gamesmanship of the opposition. There were plenty of boos during the game about their antics. Worse than any SPFL team.

I honestly thought I was seeing AEK Athens again.
At the end of the game it felt like Cluj.
A bog standard well organised outfit the like of which one can find by the score in mainland Europe.
If we are off it even just a bit? We struggle.
The earlier comment about Almatu’s ranking got me thinking about men’s tennis.

The point being when the guy ranked 50 in the world loses to the guy ranked 300 …

Without someone to score goals we’re going to penalties in almaty get practising, was really disappointed with the midfield and forwards they did nothing , forrest is 34 and we’re still expecting him to be a match winner or create to win games, he’s well past it, the guy just got between him and the ball and won free kicks if we approach almaty away the same way its likely we’ll go out but this squad in the CL will get several sore defeats all down to a lack of willing to buy what we need.

Let’s all do the huddle
What dividends ?
What bonuses ?
I don’t believe any significant dividends have accrued to the major shareholders this past 20 years.
Maybe they are stealing from the biscuit tin or evil Lawwell is dipping everyone’s pockets in the stadium.
Given how transparent Celtic is vs any other club in the country you don’t need to concern yourself about that.
Bonuses are only usually paid to the execs and contributors based on performance vs shareholders / business owners plans. Again at Celtic all transparent and in line and not out of the ordinary for a top sporting institution.
Indeed given the incredible club performance of the past 22 years (both commercially and in football terms) it could be argued these are underpaid. Maybe today is not the day for that lol.

Christ show SOME imagination, ideas…put all players beyond back post, stay on edge of box, near post flick ons …SOMETHING. More throw-ins per game than any other dead ball, yet we have ZERO plans…Pathetic even Boys Club sides have more – Maybe try Maeda & Yamada as a front pairing or a false 9 Just try something different. Going to a huge game v Livingston
Time for some players to STAND UP or PACK up and go…..already past time for some “Directors” !!
Maybe we could get a SWAP Deal with the Huns ?
IDAH for DESSERS ?
There….Ive said it.
Ive NO Doubt that ” When…or IF” Adam Idah scores for Celtic he will go running to the Papers telling them that ” He has answered is Critics” ?
He made that claim to the Media some time ago when he last scored a Goal or Two ?
I think he will be hard to sell….WHAT CLUB would want him ?
Cut yer losses Celtic.
HH.
Lack of signings apart, we should still have been good enough to blow away a virtually unknown team who have just travelled half way round the world.
We had a team worth millions out on the park. The opposition did not.
Who’s fault is it that our team did not have the intent or mentality on the park ?
75% possession for tippy tappy is so outdated and one dimensional.
As for fans booing, we’ll there wasn’t much to cheer about if we’re honest.
HH.
Radio Scotland hasn’t mentioned anything about the game, apart from the boos at the end against the Board. Nothing whatsoever about the time-wasting, play acting and gamesmanship of the opposition. There were plenty of boos during the game about their antics. Worse than any SPFL team.
Good morning CQN.
Decent read back this morning, despite the obvious frustration being felt.
Respect to all on here for that.
I liked PLB and TBB’s summsations in particular.
I don’t think I’m a superstitious type, and I freely admit to being confident of a victory hours before kick off.
At 19:59 last night Almaty lined up for a team photo down below where I sit.
… and I got a feeling of dread all over.
They looked like a “team” ready for work.
(Eh?)
The point being when the guy ranked 50 in the world loses to the guy ranked 300 …
Does anyone actually notice?
Anyway, despite the negativity (and there will be loads for days) …
… we are still well in this tie.
Just not favourites.
I see they have started creeping on.Brendan at fault, picked the wrong team/ players.Anyone who thinks Bernardo would have made a difference.Dear God.Problem is,we have lost Kyogo’s ,Kuhns goals and assists,Jota’s brilliance ,O Rileys goals and assists, never replaced.Maeda, right off form, and never a left winger, yet this is somehow BRs fault. Our problems are, this team has lost vital components in its smooth running. Not been replaced.I include Taylor in that.No wingers, not a great deal of goals.Second class replacements at full back compounds that.CF with no supply.Maeda with his pace only, got our one chance. He got nothing from play.We play with wingers, all the team function through these tactics.Take them away, dont replace, you get last night.
I think it’s for the best that Brendan leaves. Wouldn’t be surprised if he walks out next week win or lose as it’s obvious he does not have the support of the board. Our chief executive is the invisible man. Has he ever given an interview to the media?
Going by the level of booing and anti board sentiment last night, it would appear that the majority of the Celtic support are bedwetters.
