CELTIC v KILLIE SWITCH

CELTIC’S Premiership fixture against Kilmarnock,  which was due at Parkhad on Saturday, February 22, has been put back 24 hours.

The champions’ match against the Rugby Park outfit has been rescheduled for the Sunday due to Neil Lennon’s men taking on FC Copenhagen in the first leg of their Europa League last-32 tie in Denmark the previous Thursday.

The teams are already due to go head to head when the Premiership restarts following the mid-winter break on Wednesday, January 22 in Ayrshire with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The Sunday fixture in the east end of Glasgow will be the clubs’ third meeting of the campaign with the Hoops taking three points in a 3-1 triumph on September 22.

On that occasion, Killie stunned the home support by taking the lead against the run of play, but Odsonne Edouard equalised before putting the champions ahead with Ryan Christie joining in.

Kick-off for the rescheduled date is 3.00pm
