Callum has been the standout player this Season. Well done Callum, a richly deserved reward for incredible consistency and very high skill levels no matter where you have been played.
Broony has been playing with great experience and deserves to be mentioned for the award. Definitely Callum looking over the whole Season. ;))

I have shed a few tears in the last 10 days … big Billy at 79, two Celtic fans from the scheme I live weeKev McWilliams at 47… and Regi Walters at 53 (Big Shuggy you will know him) then MAH… from this dear place .. sometimes we don’t realise how lucky we are … sorry for the rant .. but some of us Celtic fans should be happy for no other reason that we are Celtic fans :-)
Midfielders have always been the ones I love the most.
The Maestro was just so Amazing and I Thank the Almighty I got to see him frae the Wonderful Jungle (got to the centre most of the times hehe) when he wis just being Paul McStay.
The Greatest ever for me. That is because I witnessed him week in week out.
We are a Blessed Club – I have no doubts about that.
A lot of high skilled midfielders are bottle merchants when it comes to tackling.
Paul was World Class in the fitba department and also a brilliant tackler. Broony has played a few Maestroesque passes this Season. :)

was reading comments about James Forrest after game
1. he has scored a lot of good goals
2. he has assist also
3. too many games he his missing, he will be MOTM one week then 3 weeks missing, we need 11 players on the park games eg at Easter road and Sat he was missing . we don’t need a winger to sit on touchline when we only have one striker
also when did this one striker happen, by my recollection it started under Neil when at one point we had 3 non goal scoring strikers after we sold Hooper to balance the books.
after then NL so no point in fielding two non scoring strikers.
we must as a team go back to two strikers peter splash the cash , stories of us splashing 4.5m on a striker, is an insult to intelligence we had bout 10m surplus in bank then we sold demeble
splash the cash peter give out new boss( and sorry it cant be NL) the money
Callum had a Wonderful spell @ Notts County and is now the Richly deserved POTY.

Keith Jackson has surprised me with his fulsome tribute to Cesar. No slant or edge to my eyes, only well written, honest warmth.
Simon Collins in the Derry Journal on Oxford Bulls v Paddy McCourt’s Celtic Legends. 5th May 1pm, Brandywell Stadium is the place to be. Congratulations to everyone involved.

Good morning CQN from a dry but chilly Garngad
So we move onto the sheep on Saturday and get the chance to win the league again, let’s take this opportunity as w are fast running out of games. 1point needed but I think we will get all 3? and what a day will be had. ?????
Get the league won on Saturday and give the Griffalo a run out against Sevco the following week?
Before the weekend Celtic were 1/750 to win the league.
Today bookies are no longer giving odds!

Win next weekend and I fancy us to take all 9 remaining points.
Lose and it’ll be self-inflicted squeaky bum time and the worst preparation for the Cup Final.
Against that backdrop, it would be great to the Tic flying out the blocks with a sense of purpose that has so often been lacking.

At Pittodrie on Saturday the team need to do everything they can to deliver this point.
If we get beat (and on current form it wouldn’t come as a shock) then the gap is cut to 6 points (Huns will beat Hibs at Ibrox).
Given that the powers that be at the SFA and their appointed officials will do everything in their power to stop a title party at Ibrox then I can only see a defeat on May 12th.
That means a final day decider at home to Hearts and yes, we would probably get the draw/win but by god can you imagine the tension and the pressure going into that weekend knowing that we could potentially blow it?
I am mentally preparing myself for this possibility, which after the recent Glasgow derby seemed an impossibility.
I am surprised that so many fans, pundits and bookies have shrugged their shoulders and talked as though the league is already won. I really dislike assumptions in sport (don’t like the 10IAR songs and never have, sing about it when it’s won please).
Anyway, it’s all about the Aberdeen game. Treat it like a cup final and please go in to the match aiming to score early and WIN the game rather than feeling our way into the game and then attempting not to lose.
Is it just me that is nervous of a last day decider? Surely there are other bedwetters out there? Haha
