Excellent display from the Bhoys, some really impressive, slick movement.
Considering the waste of a transfer windae last summer and the impending disaster of this one ….
I thought the Bhoys did well today
including some of the so called
It does ma nut in that MOR project/second choice/
etc is going. He disnae wanty this year and it’ll be the second best transfer windae ever if we keep the builder and his name is Reo
The project is
to build the team for the CL
The contact on Kyogo was a foul, therefore a penalty.
However – it was clear his arm played him offside, when Matt played the ball.
Nothing to see there, for me.
Till later all.
Thanks for being here.
Off to listen to Brendan.
and it’s nearly a month away
I hope for a Celtic squad same as today
With a few additions in the positions we know need stronger back up
Looking goood
On bus to Victoria Road. Well done Celtic 👏
BRRB
You’ll be on your 4th pint before I get home 🫣
Stuck on Springy road but what the he’ll do we care now.
We’re back Bhoys
🌧😎🇮🇪🍀
More than decent performance.
The muscles aren’t yet totally loosened, so we’re likely to get better.
Pretty gobsmacked at failure to award a penalty, though I noted 7/7 on fouls when possession was at 86/14. Appreciate it may have had an offside review, though that’s no defence of VAR
Transfer ins and outs will be crucial. Would expect team to be incrementally stronger each season. Not there yet.

A very good performance. Some great work on the training pitch very evident.
We started today with no signings from last summer. We need to start getting our recruitment right. Lots to do in the next four weeks.
Celtic picked up in Parkhead in a sea of green and white, after the Atlantic crossing.
Brendan Rodger’s super fit side threatened to deluge Kilmarnock playing his ‘high intensity’ trademark football. Reo Hatate soon banged wan in, before Liam Scales weighed in with an always net bound leaping header. Kyogo’s delightful dink would have gone in, but for a scrambled clearance, and silky Nicolas Kuhn hit the woodwork.
James Forrest looks fitter than he has been for a few seasons in a destiny to be the most decorated Celt, playing on the left he offers a new dimension of Daizen. The visitors could do nothing with him or Kuhn, especially when a sublime second half pass from Kyogo the provider, set up the German for the inevitable third goal, which looped over stranded McCrorie.
A fixed odds favourite of 4 going on more, it was interspersed with more half chances as Celtic took their podium, pre claimed in permanent domination. For the new VAR, see the old VAR in the only fight Celtic won’t win in Scotland, and the legions of Celts didn’t care as loads had already bolted too summer thirsty, anyway.
M.O.M Nicolas Kuhn
Chuffed , briliant performance all round.
Thought our new signings played well!!!!!
KINGLubO
What everyone else is saying
But one more thing
Nice to see Celtic playing in pure Green and White (no black)

Reo ,,, what a player 👍☘️

Absolutely no chance of Lawwell wanting any articles on here taken down, that’s a certainty
=======
LOL!!!
As for the MIB
The more things change the more things stay the same !!!!
i reaaly enjoyed that.
back tomorrow with a tale of a ghanian family living in dundee who took the sunay megabus just to see celtic park ………..
meanwhile maybe 1000 unoccupie seats across the stadium.
it was clear his arm played him offside, when Matt played the ball.
Nothing to see there, for me.
—-
You can’t score with your arm and therefore your arm can’t play you offside.
Kyogo was on – as confirmed by Sky Sports.
Kilmarnock manager Derek McInnes: “I thought the 4-0 scoreline was a bit harsh on us. IIt was a good time for Celtic to play us and a bad time for us to play Celtic.
“Hopefully next time we play Celtic we’re a bit more prepared and have a few more players available for selection.”
——————
celtic had 82% possesion with 32 shots,
i thought we had maybe 12 real goal scoring chances that just missed the final touch.
what game is he talking abot, fecking tube
and ps, fix reos shooting boots.
Aww naw hammer throwers oan the telly an aw noo

I have no time or respect for opposition managers who give us absolutely no credit when we beat them . The likes of Jefferies and Levein come to mind as two bitter individuals. Martindale is not a likeable person but at least he’s honest enough to give us praise whenever we beat Livvy .
Great start to the season for the Bhoys
Off the mark like Noah Lyles
Ring that bell….ring a ding ding
Always thought it was….
“We won the league again”…..
You learn something new every day ? Stupid me 🤪
4 goals 2 bad VAR penalty and offside and. an all round fine performance. 82.1 Possession 32 shots. Impressive
Greg Taylor my motm.
Great performance all round by the rest .
Unfortunate not to get a couple more goals ……..
💚🤍💛☘️⚽️
Blog quiet.
Celtic must have won again and be top of the league.
Fantastic play today from ALL involved.
I may have to celebrate another victory this week. How I suffer for my art. 🙄
Great day.
I was one of a minority who was pleased with a Sunday 4:30pm kick off to the season.
We were at a wedding down in England this weekend.
Scurried up the road and dropped off on London Road at 4:20pm.
Just a great feeling walking up to Celtic Park and up the Celtic Way.
Great game.
Terrible weather.
Happy days.
Hatate was like a new signing- phenomenal energy
Really enjoyable performance against a Killie team aiming to keep the score down even when they went 2 goals behind. A team of kicking giants subdued by sheer artistry.
MOR had moments of brilliance today. Hatate was on it and willing to take on the muscle men, and the much maligned James Forrest showed the traits that kept him at the top for so long. No failures in green & white but…………..
since it’s obligatory to have a moan about something/anything, I’ll say that I don’t fancy the sashes on the shorts- There you are Peter Lawwell- try and get that comment taken down!
Walked the garden and weeded the dog. Now on to a cheeky little IPA and Olympic highlights.
Thanks Celtic for giving my dad a win on his birthday.
Think I voted:
1. MOR – Assist
2. Hatate ⚽
3. Kuhn ⚽
League and Cup Champions.
Lisbon and the footsteps of giants.
Two Celtic games in the flesh and eight goals.
Old friends and new.
Been quite a year so far. Life is good. Take a drink.
Dear Mr Peter Lawwell.
I hope this post finds you well.
Just a short message to say I find SETTING FREE THE BEARS FOR RES. 12 & OSCAR KNOX comments absolutely disgusting. Sashes on the shorts are a fine way to doff the cap to our partners in crime across the city.
Free the blogger James Forest and then lock him back up for other crimes.
Yours in indignation.
Aipple.
Flag day in Tenerife … me & MissGFTB out for the game, outstanding …. Whit a day 🍀🍀
Tony Ralston rounding off a perfect performance, Robertson is a cheat, Kyogo can’t score with his arm so therefore onside …
Happy Days
I hope big Kasper feels the Celtic and just adds 2yrs to this deal… he will be magic for us
I might just have another wee drink while chilling on this balcony …
Champions again ….. ole ole 🍀🍀🍀🍀
