In the eyes of the football world, In the past week we have been battered 6-1 by spurs and 4-1 and 2-0 by a nothing team. It doesn’t matter that the spurs game was our reserves ( sky never mentioned that ). How much do you think this has set back all the good work done by WGS & Lenny, in making us a respectable champions league team. And also our global brand and ability to attract any decent player to this already dire league. And all for the sake of a few million quid every transfer window to build on what we already had, and replacing the quality that left. Our reputation is in the gutter tonight.

If Ronny D is going to stay, and I don’t think he should, he needs to work on his communication skills.
Whatever the intent of his messages they are coming across very badly, and he needs to remember that when he, intended or otherwise, criticises them in the press, he is talking to both players and fans.
Again, if he stays, he needs a heavyweight PR advisor.

However, I don but Celtic should not have sold them tickets for the Celtic end.
We needed to maximise our home advantage tonight. Get the fans right behind the team. Instead we turned it into as much of home game as Legia will ever experience in Europe.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen such anger in the support.
The club has went backwards in true historical Celtic style.

I fear for Ronny Delia. If we lose our EL playoff and have a poor start to the SPL his position will become untenable. Personally, I’m giving him 12 games into the SPL to get this team playing they way he has waxed lyrical about.
I so want to believe in him but the last week has shaken my confidence that he is the right man for the job.

There was nothing in Ronny`s CV that indicated he could get Celtic into European competition. It was the same with Neil Lennon and Tony Mowbray when they were appointed.
Never before though have we sent a manager into competition with no new signings. (I refuse to count Berget and Gordon as they are not match fit first team players at present)
Gordon Strachan pitched Telfer and Zurawski in against Artmedia (with Boruc signed the day before and on the bench).
Tony Mowbray fielded Danny Fox, Fortune and N`Guemo v Dinamo Moscow.
Neil Lennon had Charlie Mulgrew, Efrain Juarez, Daryl Murphy, Cha and Joe Ledley signed in time to face Braga (Gary Hooper was signed for the 2nd leg)
Why has Ronny been given less support for new signings than any other manager in Celtic`s recent history – especially considering he inherited a squad that broke the record for biggest home and away European defeats in Celtic`s history last season?
