We all know the score but all the whining & vitriol that we pour out relentlessly on these pages achieves nothing and only serves to further depress ourselves in the middle of an already depressing Pandemic.
I do understand that some people get relief by pouring out their frustrations on the site and I have absolutely no problem with that. Whenever I log on & see an angry seething site, I just log off.
It’s not that I’m not as angry as the angry Posters or that I do not care as much as them or by the same token I don’t accept that they care as much as me.
It is just that relentless anger & frustration doesn’t do me any good, and I feel I’m not alone in that.
Season Ticket Renewal Time will have a big bearing on our immediate future, online media posts won’t.
So let those who get relief from making angry posts continue to do so & let those who get relief from being more light hearted do the same.

There are no industry standards for SD, HD or UHD, they’re just terms broadcasters use to sell their products. So one broadcaster’s HD might be different quality to another’s. And given many have now retired the term ‘SD’, you can assume HD is the new SD.
There’s currently (AFAIK) no UK TV broadcast in 4k, your telly has it for future-proofing. Good news though, if you fancy an upgrade, 8k TVs are out this year.

We’ve started doing some Mamas and Papas numbers (Miss BGFC is back home from Uni and singing with us). First up is Creeque Alley – no easy to get the multiple singing parts right, but will be good once we get there.
