  1. DeniaBhoy in awe of wee Oscar's Courage on

Gutted. He was a magnificent thorn in the sides of those who prefer to keep the truth out of the public spotlight. I read his blog more than any other columnist or commentator on the whole Sevco affair.

May his family find support all around them and may they be spared from any nonsense that has nothing to do with them.

God Bless Paul, you will be missed.

    Love, peace and truth.

  2. RIP Paul Mc Conville he was a leading light into the machinations within darkness of Mordor

    My condolences to his family

Although I never knew him I feel I have lost a good friend

  3. West Wales Celt on

Awful news. Didn’t know Paul personally but felt he made a great contribution to the on-line Celtic community. RIP…

  4. Shocking news about Paul McConville.

    RIP.

Milan CEO – not for much longer however – Adriano Galliani being interviewed pitchside at CP by Sky Italia. ” Privelege to be here for the fourth time since 2004 at this ‘temple’ of football”, he said! ” Remember the 1967 final against Inter well when Celtic were the best team in Europe.”

    HH!!

  5. Just out of bed and excited about the game and saw the terrible news about Paul McConville.

I followed his excellent blog and not just the football stuff. It was entertaining as well as an education.

    Shocked.

    RIP Paul.

  7. Sitting at Celtic Park, sad news re Paul McConville R.I.P.

Hopeful of a result here tonight on the birthday of the blonde one, she’s no here. Was having a quick chat with Eurochamps 67 outside the ground, he doesn’t look 67..;-)

    Good luck tonight Bhoys

  8. Sky Italia ‘experts’ predicting the outcome of tonight’s game.

Two go for a draw – 2-2 and 1-1, one goes for 1-2 Milan.

    Bollox!

    2-0 the Hoops!

  9. MHARK67 prayin for OSCAR KNOX on

Just logged on for the updates …. Terribly sad sad news about Paul mcC thoughts and prayers for all his family … He will be greatly missed by the extended Celtic family very much also

  10. Couldn’t find the game on any of my TV channels here but able to connect to Sky4 on-line. Hope the feed remains stable.

Bit of a risky line-up for Neil with Derk starting. I like the way he can get to the bye-line and swing balls into the box, bit can’t see this being the tactic tonight as we have no target man in the box. Derk will be on a high after scoring Saturday so hopefully he turns in his best performance in THE jersey. Another great chance for Kayal. Good luck son.

Nice to see John Collins in the studio.

Going to go with a surprisingly comfortable win tonight.

  13. Devastated at the news of Paul McConville’s sudden death.

Spoke to him on Friday, & can’t quite believe this news.

he was very helpful last year when I required some legal assistance.

May you rest in peace, God Bless you Paul

Totally unrelated, but an original from our very own Jobo Baldie, just to put us in the mood.

Cant blame lennon considering joe wont sign contract with us. Hope kayal has one of his better games.

I think there’s goals (or at least A goal) in our team tonight. Also happy with our back 4 but the guys in front of them will have to bust a gut to help keep the Italians out. The way things have been going for them at home ,they will see victory tonight as an ideal way to get their fans onside.

I’m sure Lenny will have the bhoys well geared up.

  18. Tear in the eye here watching and listening to YNWA.

Agreed ..just thinking bout msm having à field day.

  20. Jeg er Neil Lennon-Greeninbingley on

Good luck to all the Bhoys tonight. Just heard Scott McDonald on 5Live saying: “It’s a unique club… There is a connection you feel on the field at Celtic Park on nights like this that you will never feel anywhere else. I think we can beat them.”

    I liked the ‘WE’.

If we get an early goal I see us getting another one or two. I still can’t get to grips with going into these games worried about our attack and confident in our back 5. For decades it’s been the other way around.

    Moooooon the Hoops!
