Who among us can say that they’ve never gone down after a gentle tug?
dessybhoy on
Gene , O’riley missed 4 chances against St Johnstone, good ones, granted he isnt our striker but Kyogo isnt getting the ball CCV wont pass it forward so McGregor sits 10 yards from him Scales at least tries to break the press and pass forward full backs are woeful so we cant defend either post, we need to inject pace and soon.

In the history of WORLD football there cannot be a bigger difference between “penalties for” and “penalties against” as we are seeing what is happening today for the company team playing at Aye Brokes today.
Many teams have ruled the roost i.e. Bayern, Celtic etc for many years and never had such a difference between for/against as to what we are witnessing today.
Of course they are still winning HeeHaw which makes it mor enjoyable

also bring back the north curve , or we will suffer the same performance in the coming weeks at home.
dessy, aye, based on those two performances i think we will lose the league.

can anyone explain if our development centre back pairing are not playing competitive games at any level to get match fit , how can they develop into first team players running up and down Lennoxtown.

On yesterday’s match much has been said.
The team, manager and coaches got over the top criticism in my opinion.
Their keeper did make great saves, we did shoot from out the box, we varied our play and a couple good headers going the other side of the post, we did make strategic changes that had an impact.
Still, no shying away from it, at the end of the day we weren’t near good enough.
If this team are anything close to below par, due to fatigue, form, injuries etc they certainly struggle.
Yet even then, we are a healthy eight points clear at the top of the table.
Hopefully we will be at our best at 17:45 on Tuesday for over 90+mins.
It is hard to pick out three player for Jobo’s POTY
Turnbull came on, did what it says on the tin and stayed cool to score his penalty with aplomb.
Liam Scales was Mr Consistent again and was resilient in a very physical test.
O’Riley didn’t have his greatest game but he made a battle of it in midfield.
With all their cheating friends’ help they still can get closer to the champions.

Oh, nearly had the jersey nearly ripped off his back at Ross County no penalty, Goldson get a tug and dives forward penalty, explain that other than a VAR operator wanting to award it in the case of Goldson, Dallas is a rancid cheat like father like son and we know why he is.
There’s not a team in world football with their stats on penalties.
No league penalty for 70 games and have now got 7 pens in 5 games.
However our record on corners is similar, there’s not a team in world football that needs about 100 corners to get 1 goal, eh they got 2 corners yday …
Rogers was the same last time
It’s appalling to waste so many corners
Btw the cheats also use corners to get many of their pens. Look at their 14 cheating by blocking 2 defenders.
Their new manager didn’t take long to learn their philosophy, cheat

it was easier to score from the headers than it was to miss, poor headers and dont recall their keeper having many shots on target to deal with , other than diving outside his box to save.
Is it in the official rules that Sevco have to get at least 1 penalty every game.
It certainly seems that way.

The Old Ship Bank on the corner of Saltmarket and Bridgegate.
The Glasgow Ship Bank was Glasgow’s first bank, founded in 1750 by a group of Glasgow’s leading Tobacco Lords. The bank subsequently removed to new premises in Glassford Street and this three-storey building was used for shops and dwellings. In 1845 a pub opened on the ground floor.
The premises were rebuilt in 1904 and the addition of a corner tower and cupola made it a prominent landmark.

So no harm done this weekend. I haven’t seen any of their game today but I’d have bitten your hand off for a draw at pittodrie this morning so I’m happy enough.
The Huns will be in a spot of bother when opponents learn not to grab their shirts when there’s minutes left and they need a goal…
As for us, I still think yesterday was an awful showing. We’ve a lot of work to do. Being ahead of this hun team can not be the gauge for success. We need to improve.
I’ve just had a bath, so I don’t want to dip myself in there

Thank goodness for that, but how can a team which gets penalties in nearly every game manage to score from them and a team that hardly gets any nearly always misses? More practice maybe?

Spot on . I’ve said it before , the only team that can take this league from us is ourselves .

We missed a penalty and a couple of really good chances. We need to be more clinical.
Playing against a 10 man defence will inevitably mean lots of possession and passes.
an invincible treble they say, but everyone forgets the draw at home to partick.
we nearly blew it.
