SAINT STIVS, Mr McLaughlin has the right of it. Tam Gemmell appeared with the N0.5 shirt on his back because big Billy was injured (and so was John Cushley I think) and scored early on from a free kick at the edge of their box. My memory is that we were crap that day!
Forget Huns, Aberdeen Motherwell etc etc …We have problems of our own to be concerned with…
1) Sideways and backward passing to death football.
2) A Goalie who comes off his line at corners WTF has happened to Siegrest he was the best keeper in Scotland when we signed him ….A fallout 🤔
3) A tall strong left back …GT is all heart but too small …why was he not on the post for their goal
4) What has happened to Kyogo … FFS the best goal scorer (and still is) since LG until BR is he finding it difficult adapting his new role 🤔 Baffled as to why he was taken Off yesterday
5) Is there problems behind the scenes …maybe… hope not ….🤞
Don’t forget, all this pro hun stuff just doesn’t affect us, but all clubs in our league. Why do ALL other clubs not get on to this and make things uncomfortable for the ludge lot, I don’t know

Should I be happy we got through the weekend unscathed or disappointed we didn’t turn the screw?
Yeah guess so mate. I think the overriding feeling is grateful that Lammers is useless. he should’ve buried that chance at the end and had we dropped points and they clawed back three points in stoppage time, there would’ve been every reason for them to think this could’ve been a pivotal weekend for them.

Disappointing as yesterday’s result was, fact is we have played 51 SPL games at home unbeaten.
Can’t win them all

Well all you greetin out there cast you mind back to October 15 2011, we had an early ko at Rugby Park and by half time were 3 down, the first time in 9 years that we had conceded three goals in the first half, Lennon later admitted he thought his job was up at half-time, oh and ironically we had our AGM day before, but in a 2nd half revival 2 goals fae Anthony Stokes and 1 fae Charlie Mulgrew saved the day and a point bur what made it better was in the afternoon game a mcsleekit led sevco drew 1-1 with their Buddies at the bigot den.

it is, and a great atmosphere, in a world class stadium and not an empty seat to be seen.
On Celtic – January window and the return of some injured players will give us a boost. We’re not fully on it but there is a talented core to the squad and team. There’s significant room for improvement. We are still head and shoulders above the zombies in every area apart from penalty kicks. For me a better left back and replacement keeper are priorities.
On the Zombies. Watched most of the game today. They remain utter crap. If that’s them improved heaven help them. They are refereed totally differently to any other team. Diving and sneaky thuggery is in their DNA. If celtic don’t go on to win the league in some comfort it will be because of Celtic not because they are any good. Their defence, once pretty solid, is all over the place with simple balls over the top or down the sides. Three of 4 regular starters appear to be in the decline stage of their careers. Repetitive strains and impact from falling over at the slightest touch or taking way too many penalties will catch up with players eventually.
One of those strange weekends. No damage done and hopefully lessons learned and complacency banished.
It would be interesting if bookies stopped taking bets on “penalty to Rangers”. They must be losing money big style!
Might be a serious case to do so, what would that say to the world……

Tottenham Hotspur have embraced the match day experience. The nearest train station is only circa 5 mins walk and they take pre match entertainment seriously.
Their food and drink facilities inside and outside the stadium are first class and encourage spectator engagement.
I know this is a brand new world class facility, but as previously posted this morning we could do so much more to enhance our match day experience.
FFS, we don’t even have hot water in the toilets.
Put bluntly, in 2023 we are failing the fans at a family venue.
We need to up our game and treat fans as if they’re really valued.
There is so much we can do if the will is there.
Until this happens we can expect lots of empty seats as ST holders will pick and choose their games.

wee GT was far too busy standing between JH and the well bruiser N0.9 , protecting JH from getting hurt while he was doing his star jumps.

Forwards who just can’t stay onside at the critical moment.
Son especially. Not his day.
Well done to Villa and to John McGinn.
And…….well done to P. Lawell for making every effort to sign him for a few pennies.
Now the Chairman…. a sad joke.
