Two grandkids said to me at12 o’clock today can you take us to the game
It was last minute rush daughter dropped us off at ticket office just outside a gent says are you looking for tickets yes says I but I need 3 he says no problem sold me 3 at half face value best seats in the park right next to tunnel I then met his wife in the seat next to me and she tells me he sold me his ticket so we I could be with kids He then purchased another ticket for himself he came from Cumbernauld I don’t no if he reads on here but if he does he made a 12 and 9 years old kids day and a grandad a true gent thanks

First chance to get on to CQN since before the game yesterday and great to see everyone in such great spirits.
It’s an unbelievable time to be a Celtic fan, yesterday and today the icing on the cake of our double treble season.
Next season we go again and with Brendan and Broony in charge we can achieve even more success.
Our invincible status now applies to competitions as opposed to games.

Just watching the BT Sport football extra programme from today. Craigan when analysing the game yesterday said Motherwell looked fearful, stood off, first time in a cup final for many of the players, not used to the big occasion etc. Darryl Currie reminded him they played in a cup final earlier in the season against the same team, very awkward and had Craigan flapping. It’s just so hard for them to admit the better team won on the day, fair and square.
Just watched the game again.
Beautiful.
The question now is – next year, can we do the Treble Treble?

What do they say?
Martin is a very, very smart man, but is not omnipotent. It is as clear as crystal glass that Celtic DO need opposition, but it does not NEED to be ‘a’ Rangers, it needs to be a team/club that runs us close on a level, well sourced and managed playing field.
Surely to feck someone with Martin’s intellect does not need reminding that the ‘Rangers’ that he had to compete against were cheats that were cheating, not just Celtic, but Scottish football as a whole and that the two league titles he lost to the old club came about because they were playing players that were being paid illegally (the lying-down Dunfermline apart).
This has been proved in the highest courts in the land, as a ‘lawyer’ he needs no nudging in that direction so just what is he up to with these quotes? Has he been quoted accurately?

Emraldbee that’s precisely what MON said. BBC showed his interview. He went down in my estimation after that!
Having said that, I listened to the Radio Clyde podcast while I was driving today and Hugh Keevins was giving it tight to a Larkhall Hun bemoaning the lack of challenge from Rangers; he told him “your own club can’t challenge because they were very badly mismanaged and the predicament they are in is self inflicted”. A wee bit of paraphrasing but that was the very strong message.
He has taken a few huns to task this week and warned them that no matter who Gerrard brings in, Celtic will respond and strengthen more!

just to repeat what I said earlier, in case some of you weren’t listening!
I switched between the Thistle v Livi game and the Celtic Women v Hibs Ladies and, without kidding, the Hibs ladies would have played all the other teams off the park, due to the quality of their football.
The Celtic girls were not at the races from the first whistle.
It was women against girls.
As for the Firhill rubbish, neither team should be in the SPFL.

The Hibs Ladies were awesome. Celtic tried to get some traction @ 0-3 by doing a huddle. It didnae work, well it kinda worked for a while. Hibs Ladies were excellent and so much better than the Celtic Ladies.

Exactly one year ago today we “jetted out” to Lisbon to join the celebrations for the 50th Anniversary of Celtic becoming Kings of Europe.
Magical trip, the highlight of which was the visit to Estadio Nacional with thousands of Celtic Men and Women 50 years to the day that The Lions made history.
