Can’t believe some of the comments. My initial priority is that we win the game plain and simple. Of course I’d love to see us play with style, score a few goals and give a few lads on the bench a run, but first job is to win a football match.

  4. Disappointed not to see Biton and Balde rewarded for their displays in Turkey. Don’t like Ledley and Mulgrew together in midfield. However, mon the Hoops.

  5. From a damp and grey Omagh, I look forward to today’s match.

We now start to build for the CL qualifiers.

I agree to blood the young uns slowly but surely.

    Onwards to victory

  6. Good morning from a snow covered eastern seaboard.

    Celtic v Motherwell: Team news

By: Mark Henderson on 18 Jan, 2014 14:00

NEIL Lennon has made one change to the Celtic team that thumped St Mirren in their last league outing for today´s Scottish Premiership clash against in-form Motherwell.

Youngster Darnell Fisher comes in at right-back in place of Adam Matthews, who misses out through injury, as the Hoops aim to extend their unbeaten league record to 21 games.

Kick-off in Paradise is 3pm and there will be live updates of game on the club´s official Twitter feed: @celticfc

How very dare the manager put out what he thinks is his best team.

    How very dare he.

Think I’ll use Sky to get updates on the game today.

The new bhoy is NOT match fit and hasn’t played since November. He even it said himself in interviews since he signed.

I would have liked to see Balde starting today, but he might be better utilised in away games, where he can run at defences. He’ll have to adapt his game to overcome the wonderfully entertaining 9 men behind the ball, so prevalent in the successful SPFL….!

Loaded with man-flu and decided to park my butt on the couch instead of my usual seat in 408. Don’t know how I’ll live with myself?!

    Mon the Hoops!
