  1. Celtic 2 PSG 3… The youths very unlucky to lose a match they played very well in. They have played a lot better than in the competition last year. They will be gutted but they matched and outplayed last year’s beaten finalists…

The youngsters played well but missed pk and defensive mistake cost them.

Midfield and forwards looked very good but defense suspect.

Both our full backs never closed the man down and allowed to many crosses into box and the centre half will learn that hesitation in vital area costs dearly.

Atchison .Henderson and Johnson all looked great.

It was noticeable that PSG looked much bigger also.

*I’m in that photie, it was in one of the daily’s on the Monday morning. It was taken the day after Derry lassie Dana representing the Republic had won the Eurovision Song Contest with “All Kinds of Everything”. The song was blaring fae trannies that morning in Kerrydale Street.

I’d recommend a wee Pinot Grigio with codys

    Tramadol with whiskey

  5. I see PSG’s goalie is called Areola.

    Apparently he’s a bit of a tit.

Happily take a yellow for that one :-)

  6. Unfortunately a bit of naivety cost the Youths a result against PSG.

Always think it’s bad tactics to have the same player take a 2nd pen – telegraphed that he was going to put it in the same place as the first.

Their 3rd a cardinal sin! Our centre-back lets the ball bounce inside the ‘D’ when running back – should’ve headed it wide first time.

Bhoys were unlucky to get something out of it – rebound at 2nd pen and ball hitting post and the off the crossbar effort that bounced on the line. Aitcheson lay-off that was skyed over – no lack of effort all round.

Unlucky not to win (had 2nd pen went in) – deserved a draw at least.

This Group will be a severe test for them – good luck!

  7. Anyone having trouble buying tickets online?

Log in ok, pick seats but there’s never any available. Tried best available, they suggest padded, but still comes up as unavailable. Have tried for several home games but no joy. Any suggestions?

  8. Ill-health preventing me from being in Celtic Park but the nerves are, as ever, jangling. It’s a lot worse when I’m not there.

Hope the young “big team” get better luck than our young “wee” team.

    WE SHALL NOT BE MOVED.

I had the same problem recently.

Showed plenty availability and i picked seats but it declined every time.

    Was in USA.

On arrival in Scotland drove to ticket office and was no problem.

Mentioned this to guy in office and he says he hears that often.
