Watched the QP versus EKFC at Lesser Hampden last week and you could tell that had a good balance to their team and some tidy players . Having said that EKFC hit the post in the last minute and could have gone through.
Anyway , objective view was they could put up a fight for an hour or so but unlikely to have the legs to match the Hun.
Comical from the Hun

So dodgy tavpen a var to dispute the keeper and 2 corners…………well done QP

Looked on BBC sport, saw that the buns were 1 down in injury time, the words ‘bet they get a dodgy penalty’ had literaly just passed my lips when… they got the dodgy penalty. Of course after it was missed they had to check VAR to see if the keeper was off his line. Comedy gold.
I watched whole game and Queens Park DESERVED their Victory,,,
” SUPER QUEENS GO BALLISTIC “.
The SPIDERS eat up the Huns.
The Ref gave the Huns a VERY DODGY Penalty with about THREE SECONDS left in Injury Time…and the Goalie saved it…The Ref and VAR TRIED to give TAVERNIER a second chance to RE TAKE the Penalty, but the Goalie had ONE FOOT on the Goal line as he saved Taverniers Penalty….
Lets all laugh at rangers….HAHAHAHAHA
I did NOT see ANY Hun player or Clement go towards the Hun fans at the end….Big Phil the Fearty !
Big Phils Tea is ….OOT !

I was in ASDA clydebank when the final whistle went, from the reaction in parked carts i can confirm that Clydebank is indeed green and white.

So,
if the pundits were to belived, The Rangers, were turning corners, getting better, winning easier, and by beating a misfiring celtic in january proving that they had what it takes, and all they had to do was replicate the outstanding home results away from home, and even that the Cup and Europa were still feasable.
But when i watched them, even in europe, i seen outrageous pieces of good fortune, and general jamminess when they did win.
I was convinced, they are actually just a home defeat away from the real house of cards collapse that old skelly eyes predicted for us.
I heard the 6 people left at full time are marching on the front door.
momentus day, remember it.

Well done Queen’s Park. I never knew they were called the Spiders. I’ll check the highlights on the web.
Celtic Mac on
Thought I heard Montgomery get a mention on Sportsound, but thought Adam was back at Celtic having seen him in the squad recently. Makes sense for him to go to Queens Park given that he played for Calum Davidson up at St Johnstone. He was in the stands theCup day having been banned from the dugout.
Pleased too for Conor Hazard, Scottish Cup winner with Celtic early doors, for helping Plymouth knock out Liverpool out of the FA Cup.

Still now they can concentrate on Europe and c(l)ementing second place 😜😂😉

With the second half of the season now unfolding things are at least looking far more optimistic.
1. A young team, finally clicking and swatting away the dross with some style.
2. Steady European form and more games to come.
3. Played Celtic off the park in last two outings
4. Finally seeing form from Raskin, Dio and to a lesser extent a bit better from Bajrami.
5. Igamane clearly the leagues stand out player
Not suggesting we are back in a title race, that’s gone but we should be aiming to get within 4/5 points then who knows.
`FFS It’s Queens Park. I could play and we’ll win. Give the kids a chance and rest anyone we don’t want injured.`
Obviously, he didn`t play :-))

The new referee is the biggest threat there is to Celtic, to have the balls to give them that penalty was staunch. Only Sevco could have been given it, and only Sevco could have missed it.

They did their best for them but it just wasn’t to be. 😂😂😂😂😂
Rankers Caretaker manager Alex Rae
CQN glitched for me as the hun game was at 82mins – perhaps why there was less gloating on here? We’re good ghuys but we’re human 😂
I told one of my sons, ach they’ll get a penalty. They did but what an outcome. Tavpen muscle memory must letting him down due to lack of practice.
Oh my aching ribs – takes the sting off a doing for Scotland 🏉

Got to say that for an ex hun Allan Hutton is a fair analyst. Puts Boyd to shame.
What if we get Queens in the next round and they tell us they are coming?
Worrying.
They’ve more time ( ahem ) concentrate on the league
Huns – 0 v Queens Park – 1.
