Not only have they learned how to defend , they have learned their place.

Their place is to come to Celtic Park and shut up shop like Hamilton and Dundee , in order to avoid a drubbing.

Last seasons ‘Rangers’ thought they could come and play fitba against us, which proved to be their undoing.

Stevie G’s ‘Rangers’ watch videos of Hamilton’s visits to CP as their preparation.

Been a rollercoaster of a weekend, taking Caityrollercoaster up to Dundee to start Uni. Great wee party on Friday night at home, before heading up to Dundee on Saturday. We watched the Hoops win easy in The 67 Club Celtic in Dundee before heading home without our no 1 daughter. To say it’s been a very emotional day is an understatement.

Hamilton and Livingston were better teams at Paradise this season than Sevco were today.

Cannae believe how easy that win was today.

Stevie Gerrard’s Rangers are pure shite.

    Which is nice.

  4. SCOTRAIL regret to announce the arrival of the Noon express from Govan has been indefinitely delayed and or cancelled.

We offer our apologies to the salivating media hacks and expectant hun hordes

  5. Think I saw a statistic flash up today that this was CalMacs 31st consecutive game. Wow & Wow again some transition for a lad that was being written off hear a couple of years ago.

There is little doubt that Christie has now really moved up the pecking order and that is 2 games in a row where he came on and impressed. Maybe we are witnessing another CalMac transformation, I certainly hope so.

When I went to Mass this morning, I prayed for a Celtic victory. Prayer answered. Hope the rest of my prayers get answered.

  7. Gene, There used to be a wee district called The Combat Zone where there was some top class adult entertainment but that was a lifetime ago so maybe stick to the Hop on Hop off Bus.

  8. The hands cant hit what the eyes cant see on

Can someone tell me how you can get your hands on away tickets for Europe? Are they offered up to season ticket holders first or will they be placed straight on general sale?

  9. Steven Gerrard.

That awkward moment when you realist you’ve blown all of someone else’s cash on 15 new players but are still miles behind The Champions.

The light at the end of the tunnel is the Brendan Rodgers Treble-Treble-Eight-in-a-row express and it’s heading towards you at 200 mph.

So did I – But think God has more pressing issues – but sometimes prayer comforts the one who prays

    LuxCelt – cheers. Fair enough.

I suppose 22 games in, we will have a decent barometer of how the league will unfold.

As I’ve said previously, another six euro matches inserted into the busiest period of domestic football is a killer.

Celtic have a track record of dealing with this (we played SEVENTEEN games across November and December last season).

    Sevco do not.

    Hail hail

Very best of luck to Caitlyn. Incredibly challenging course she has chosen. Betcha the party was a blast!

  15. Haven’t read back and don’t know if I posted this earlier.

Sg’sUR is now known as SG’sR.

Double celebration for us Dubs as we win four in a row.

This is what it means to be Dublin

    Champions again as you know

Jimmy Galvin here for five in a row

Do you know when tickets will become available? I’m trying to get 2.

  17. Celtic Champs Elect on

Great team performance today from the players could have been five or six nil

Great media duties by Brendan very articulate and to the point of we should have scored more.

I was astounded at Gerrards media duties could not believe what he was slabbering about the ref especially as I thought the ref was abysmal for giving us the decisions we deserved

I hope all the posters enjoyed our victory and I hope neganon and all the negs enjoyed the victory as much as I did :-)))

This is how it feels the be Celtic

  18. Gene

I always feel it is a bit self indulgent to pray for a Celtic win during Holy Mass. Do it every week though.?

  19. Very little battery left but very pleased with our performance today. Totally outclassed SG’sR but thought we lost momentum after we scored.

N’cham excellent as was Bhoyata. Thought Rogic had one of his poorer games.

Still, great to be a TIM & a DUB.

  20. Fantastic performance by the team today. The time our defenders and midfield had on the ball, compared to theirs, tells its own story.

Oh,and bye the way, well done PL today.Eh,what?Well I think its fair, that if someone gets blamed for every defeat,he should get the credit for a win.

You would think that was fair.Well, you would, would’nt you?

Just highlighting the ridiculousness of it all.

So fekin happy at that result.YEEEESSSSS.

Talking of stats,Sky had our first-half possession as 76%-24%

    Full-time,BBC had it as 57-43.

Some turnaround, that. Who knew the huns had 62% possession in the second-half?

Think someone’s at it. We mullered them.

You may have read I could not make it along today but a friend’ daughter and her Pal did. They do lurk or post but I have forwarded your post and e-mail addy, she may get in touch.

    Keep the Faith!

    Hail Hail!

  23. Today will have crushed everyone at Sevconia.

From Dave King who sanctioned the arrival of 14 New players, to Stevie G who chose them, to the squad themselves who saw today how far behind Celtic they are, to the Huns who turned up hoping to see them attempt to compete, and to the cheerleaders like Gary Ralston, Alex Rae, BFDJ et al who thought that today might have been the beginning of the end of the Banter Years.

They must all be wondering where they go from here.

I guess the answer to that tonight is 6th place in the SPFL!

  24. CCE

We have a highly intelligent Irishman managing our team.

Sevco have a thick as shit in the neck of a bottle managing them.

First time I watched SG’s ‘Rangers’

Pedro’s ‘Rangers’ gave us a better game than that shite today. Magic.

  25. Brilliant result.

This was significant as for the first time in many years the barrage of disruptive reporting from those who would do us harm, helped by some poor internal planning, had us as vulnerable as we have been in many years.

I do not think we will be as complacent again, therefore for them it was an opportunity lost,as football, as in business,is all about timing.

Dropping off my son, who was up for the game, heading back to London, I can report Glasgow Airport in good voice.

Thanks. As I said earlier, as a veteran of massive 60s and 70s European crowds, that was a very frightening experience today! We need to make the club and Police fully aware of the impact of several thousand extra fans being funnelled along Janefield St.
