1) Sevco have had a lot more than 19 minutes of this game and missed the best chance from a Boyata mistake
2) We have played our poorest football in a long time.
3) Brendan has allowed and encouraged Tierney and Lustig to play it long and direct to Moussa and I think this can still pay off for us.
4) Our big-hearted players Lusri, Brown, Tierney and Armstrong are setting standards the rest must match
5) Scott Sinclair has had his poorest 45 minutes but I have never seen him have a bad 90 minutes
Sevco will ship more goals and possibly will lose a player too.

Cathedral view,
The passing accuracy and amount of time the ball was in the air showed lack of control, agreed though we don’t storm many starts.
McGregor looks like he is coming on for second half, Bitton struggling.
How did Miller avoid a straight red.
Great Hunskelping banner up next to the world famous Tommy Gemmell CSC Dunblane.!

I don’t think we were poor as such.
They have been overly physical and initially unpunished by ref.
Late in tackle, over the ball, pushing in back, blocking off ball.
They have 3 yellows and should have had more.

Slow start from the bhoys with a couple of sphincter relaxing moments from our defence. CG with a great save to pull big Boyata out of the merde. Fantastic goal from SA and only one team in it since then. Kenny misser is a very lucky man still be on the park – an off the ground straight 2 footed lunge on SA. If he had connected he would have seriously hurt SA. Straight red in any league but ours. Huns have obviously been instructed to get physical. SS and Moussa quiet 1st half which means they will probably run riot 2nd half. Curious if Brendan is considering changing things around.

Refs a disgrace, but we knew he would be.
We aren’t pressing them enough.
But I expect goals in the second half, all for us, they already know they are beat.

Hard to find rhythm when biased ref gives soft fouls against and allows leg breaking challenge by them to go unpunished.
Sinclair and Forrest need to up their game.

Hustled off our game with the complaisance aka assistance of Madden.
Huns always have the same plan, be physical, get in their faces, we’ll get one chance yada yada yada,50 years man and Bhoy I’ve been watching them do this.
We need to get Scott Sinclair on the ball, they’ve got two full backs out there to counter that which leaves plenty of room on the right side for James:)) Win win.
Jason Holt fast becoming the go to guy for a goal of a start, hopeless wee toe rag.
Barry McKay will be jetting off to Madrid I guess after his performance.
Stuart Armstrong and Broonie bossing the midfield. Bitton and Erik The Viking below par so far.
Big Mick and Wee James running the huns ragged in half two. Moussa to do what Moussa does.
Come on the Hoooooops.
BY the way Sky is totally crap as a football Chanel:))

There has been a lot made of the state of the pitch over the last few weeks, watching this on the box I’ve got to agree that it really is in poor condition and impacting on our passing

Up to the goal that was one of our poorest displays this season
how many armstrongs are there on the pitch?
Armstrong is everywhere- he’s like Kante, says my son
James breaks but SS pass can’t find MD
and we havent even found 3rd gear yet..
Pummelling in the second half predicted
……no time for the corner, eh?
CANAMALAR, we often have a slowish opening 30 minutes before stepping up the gears and blowing the opposition away.
Today has a similar pattern.
Not our best performance by a long shot. However we are one up. Get a second and they will crumble.
MD almost gets in
HT 1-0.
Hun’s came out fighting. Literally.
We hit them with. Brilliant SA goal.
Check Lymmbhoy for replay.
HT 1-0 next to no added time as we get a corner……hmmmm

11 seconds injury time played and the whistle goes before we can take a corner.
Is there a rule this season that says the half time and full time whistle can only be blown when Celtic are attacking?
Armstrong great. Brown good. Sinclair dreadful. Scoreline perfect!
Celtic were poor for a long stretch of that half for a few reasons – most of them Bobby Madden.
His refereeing kept them with momentum and something to build on and it disrupted Celtic.
They should be down to 9 men. He gives so many fouls against Celtic for very soft fouls.
Waghorn’s big chance was offside.
Celtic need to make big improvements in terms of performance.
If we move the ball at pace they will continue to make stupid fouls.
My observations on the first half:-
1) Sevco have had a lot more than 19 minutes of this game and missed the best chance from a Boyata mistake
