A very nice gesture. Always impresses me when interviewed on radio and television, and it is a tough gig being CEO of a huge company like Centrica. Which owns British Gas (which trades as Scottish Gas in Scotland) the latter being the Cup Sponsor. I think that if a Celtic manager had three defeats and one lucky draw against the hun, he would be under a great deal of scrutiny from the press and our supporters.

I can see why it was given. The arm was extended and there was contact. I don’t think he needed to do it as I don’t think Hart was getting there but keepers always get those decisions when other players in the box don’t

Dessers – injured
Lammers – on loan after a poor half season
Danilo – injured
Sima – injured and played unfit (a fit sima scores one of the 2-3 in the channels chances)
Roofe – injured
McAusland – powderpuff
Sterling – he’s a right back or a 6 in middle
Silva – technically sound but not a goal scorer
Wright – the conviction of a kid playing against adults.
We need to fix the whole team in the summer but some fit players who contribute would be helpful.

Compare and contrast how us and them get refereed in europe and the results and then compare it to domestic football.
They’ll continue to get every decision until referees genuinely fear being able to cheat us. Referees are terrified to give anything against them. One bad decision against them and you can bet the referees workplace has been posted somewhere. We get cheated in this fixture all season and the club might make a statement before quickly backing down. The club should be demanding foreign referees for the derby matches from next season.
