  1. Decent first half performance. my only criticism would be be that we are only one goal in front, could have gave ourselves a wee cushion. Lots of positives, good forward play combined with hard work. Maybe would have liked Engels to take a shot early from outside the box instead of always looking for the pass.

Can see us scoring again, failing which a first clean sheet under Brother Wilfried will see us take the points.

We had the best of the first half

  3. Better half than many had predicted (well, ok ‘me’)

What we lack in quality, we’re making up for in effort and determination.

Lack of a real goal scoring threat and there’s a danger we drop the tempo around 60 mins

Fingers remain crossed and silent prayers being said!

Once more unto the breach, Celts

  4. We are playinhbteally well. Yang has been oitstanding. Engles on form and Trusty doing well.

McCowan a bit off the pace and Kenny over anxious.

Not getting a second may cost us. An accurate ball over the top could be our undoing.

Nevertheless, delighted with the first half.

  5. Good stuff from the Bhoys out there. Working really hard and forcing many errors from the opposition. Only problem has been our finishing – should be 2 or 3 ahead. Big second half coming up. New Bhoy playing a blinder on the bench as Ralston has done very well.

  6. Engels and Nygren have been poor. Yang on fire. The number of chances we have missed is criminal. Too many passes at times and we are getting crowded out when there is a shot on. I think in our gloom we have forgotten how poor the Huns are. Wide open at the back. Despite our dominance I am still confident we will win.

  7. Johnny Kenny giving an absolute master class on how to let a football repeatedly bounce off of you.

  8. Maeda got to lift it over Butland, who was committed…

Good ball from Luke to set it up
