Feel sorry for Nancy. This is the board not getting quality. The team has been flat for over a year. We all know that. That’s why Rodgers left. O’Neil got a bounce but was fortunate at times and the team didn not play attractive Celtic football.

Why we didn’t show for the 2nd half is both a puzzler and a disgrace.
The team played with verve and confidence and fluffed their scoring lines in the first 45.

Why in God’s name is anyone feeling sorry for Nancy? Every game we have seen the same tactics and the opposition team switching things at half time and playing us off the park.
The man is clueless as to what is obvious to every coach he is coming up against.
We need a basic competent manager. Our form is relegation form.
This is now an absolute crisis.
If the board can’t get anybody. Buy out motherwell managers contract, at least this guy can set up a team. Buy spl competent level defenders and one striker preferably 2. Get us through to summer and regroup a la ange year.

As I said yesterday, 3 more loanees to walk in to the team until you create a football dept. fit for purpose.
Also time the Celtic Board was gutted and refocussed on football excellence. A radical restructure is required where football performance is a key measure of success. Not asking for financial profligacy but clearly we have failed to invest in the football squad properly for years. Too many accountants and the like driving the Celtic Board, not enough genuine football insight at the table shaping critical decisions
