Disgusted that Collum kept Healy and Lafferty on the pitch after those assaults. It can only come from management instruction. Absolutely appaling lack of discipline and thuggery yet again from Rangers. When will Scottish officials and press condemn these actions?

    Healy’s 1st challenge no way m8 let’s be honest

  2. first apologies to Mr Lennon , i listened to my head rather than my heart , for that I will be truly regretful. Never in my wildest dreams did I envisage we would be here top of the league at this time tonight . We are all Neil Lennon , we are all Celtic, brothers and sisters we are one hail hail .

Collum got pelters all around me in the north stand for a shocking performance

Im happy with my assessment he had a poor game

Rankers kept 11 on the pitch down to poor officiating on Collums part

Lots of poor decisons went the H***s way second half when Rankers under the cosh

  4. was sitting in front row tonight, Jock Stein end

my God, the NOISE comin down pitchside just after we scored

woooft, it was like a mini hurricane itself

    beautiful

    :)

    haha

    we gubbed them !!

  5. Not sure if that was Adam Matthews’ first Old Firm game. But if it was then few can have had a better debut, and for someone so young too. Much more to come from this boy and he has been yet another superb signing from Lenny.

    Happy Dhays!!

  6. Tell you what lads I’ve played football and it’s his 1st challenge and whatever you think a ref will never send a player off for that challenge especially his 1st.

  7. Best performance by a team’s support in any arena for 2011 goes the Supporters of Glasgow Celtic Football Club.

    Remember that 15 point thang????

    They’re now discussing a 17 point SWING!!!!

Being back in it was good. Leading the pack? Priceless…

  8. A UK ref, a proper ref following the rules (ie Europe) would send them off for a straight kick at a player

  9. lionroas67,

I am willing to give the ref pelters as much as the next man, but tonight WC was actually not bad. Healy could have seen red rather than yellow, Papac prob fortunate to escape booking first half, Stokes unlucky to be booked…

But no major decisions were fluffed. Hooper’s “offside” was incorrect, but that is a linesman call, not the ref.

  10. Tell you another thing lads watch it again when everyone is sober and if you don’t think collum had a good game then you are all smoking and seeing pink elephants cos this was 1 guy I was worried about.

The only 1 thing I would say about collum was he stopped play when we were attacking.

  11. Had a peak in one of the hun forums. Davis and elbows getting it big time. The call for the FPLG to get the Dan Mack is gathering momentum. One poster reckoned that the team was that broken that Jimmy saville couldnae fix them”

He managed to book Stokes for his first foul. You sure have strange opinions if you really are one of us.

Imagine you’re Kyle Laugherty (Iknow, I know) Adam Matthews has made enough time and space for himself to get the ball up the line. You’re quite close to him but not quite close enough to block the ball, so you leave your foot in knowing that he will kick the top of his foot into your studs. Aim? to break his foot.

Now imagine you’re Healy. You know that if you come through young Forrest it will look like a mistimed tackle, but you know that if he is moving at pace and you knock him on to the track there’s a better chance of putting him out of the game.

Even if it doesn’t help you in this game, a few more injuries to the team you fear most might help in the games ahead.

All you need is a compliant official who will let you away with it…………………..

  14. Big Packie's Accent on

Last season, i was in trepidation for 1 reason,

despite playing beautiful football at times,

i doubted our ability to pull results when not playin’ well,

    and amongst thuggery,

very arsenal-esque, for want of a better description.

I no longer hold that fear,

and i see 2 men as the catalyst ,

Joe Ledley, the illustration of professionalism, and

Vic Yanyama, a giant in the making.

  15. Really don’t think we need to spend much in the january window. This young team are going places thats for sure. What we need is a run thats clear of injuries and to keep the players we have. One good forward will do for me as we have lustig coming in and rogne has the potential when fit to be first pick.

Still as happy as a happy hoopy can be!!!!!!!!!

Out of here now. Have a great night and gloaty tomorrow

Well Lenny, 3-0 down to Killie at HT I thought that’s it, league over unless we get a miracle. Not sure if we got a miracle but something clicked.

Last 7 weeks has been some journey and tonight Bhoys, we proudly sit on top of the league. On top of the league. I have to say it twice to believe it. Still long long way to go, but for me Santa’s been a star this year.

  19. taggart nobody move on

Game is about opinions. Rogne man of the match playing in a difficult area in dreadful conditions. Kayal went looking for elbows but Kayal is no Bertie Auld certainly no Davey Hay!!! He got what he deserved. How long can we keep Victor?
