  2. Gooooooood morning CQN

Had a wee huddle in Toronto last night, so thanks to Mike in Toronto, Torontony and Dan fae Milan :-)

Right Bramalea Celtic club about to be visited

  3. De Vries starting is the big call, rest of team predictable given that Griff is injured.

I’m taking it as tactical that Roberts is being saved as an impact sub when some of the fire & brimstone has evaporated.

  4. Tricoloured Ribbon on

All this talk of hammerings by 5,6,and 7 concern me.

    Two worries.

Brown keeping a cool head and Bitton’s lack of mobility in midfield.

I think we will win.Just.2-1 Celtic.

  5. saltires en sevilla on

    Big call by Brendan

He must be really certain that Dorus can contribute more than Craig.

It’s all about getting the big decisions right

    Baws of steel

A 2 nil humping is my bet!

  6. Apologies if this has already been asked but what does it say in today’s programme about Sevco? The club programme always includes relevant background information about our opponents and I expect no different this time.

For four years the plc/board has sat on the fence but now is the day to state publicly that we welcome the new club to our stadium for the first time and we show their history and honours from 2012. Anything else would be a total cop-out and would confirm to me, once and for all, that the club not only condones the big lie but is up to its neck in it.

So today is actually more than a football match as sometimes there are things in life bigger than 22 guys kicking a leather ball about the park. Today was our (last?) opportunity to stand up for honesty and integrity in the game. I just hope we haven’t bottled it – again.

    2-1?

Naw. Give them no reason at all to celebrate in Paradise. I’d take a 1 or 2 goal win, but we need to keep a clean sheet too.

    3-0 please!

  8. Had a quick peep at the dark side forums (I know, I know) apart from the obnoxious language these guys seem extremely confident of turning us over.

I share the view that this is going to be tight, a one goal win for the good ghuys will do.

  9. Game on bar cupido piazza curtatone lucca. Was in Barga yesterday. Bar PaoloGas is resplendent and all set for the game.

    Forza the hoops…

  10. sixtaeseven - Gardez la Foi on

Griffs will be raging to be missing this one.

It’s definitely a bonus for Sevco.

Fortunately, we have guys who know the way to goal all over the team.

2-0 would do me – but 3 points and a good performance is the target.

    C’mon the Celts!

  11. I’m in Las Vegas on holiday and missing the match live.

    Stomach is in nots.

Hopefully we are not about to pay the price for not signing another proven goal scorer .

I have not been impressed by Dembele.

His shooting is weak ,and he doesn’t win enough in the air for my liking.

Time for him to step up to the mark and prove me wrong.

As usual with these Derby matches ,I don’t feel good .

i fear underestimating our opponent will be our nemesis.

  12. Good morning from the dawning of the day on the eastern seaboard.

Celtic have just come on to the pitch for the pre match warm up in the sunshine.

  13. Joe Filippis Haircut on

Well the side has been announced and a good decision by Brendan not to risk Sparky. Doris Dumfries in goal so the manager must trust the Bhoy thats what I like about Brendan he makes the big decisions and does not sit on the fence. I dont think we will run away with the game today but I expect a narrow Celtic win.H.H.

Totally agree. What is said in the editorial of the match day programme will tell us all, where the club stands with the “Old FIrm” mendacity/myth. I await with baited breath for confirmation our club hierarchy have not rolled over to have their bellies tickled by the establishment.

  16. Brendan the Bold.

I don’t agree with his team choice.

Roberts would have been my second player on the team sheet after Brown.

I guess that’s why he’s paid the big bucks.

I think their silence to date has boxed them into a corner in regard to making any statement now, I certainly don’t expect to see anything “controversial”

I’ve given my ticket to my daughter for todays game and dropped her and my wife off at Celtic Park. I Admit to feeling pretty crushed about missing it but I have my reasons for not wanting to be there.

I’ve got myself into a position (and I could be totally wrong) where I simply don’t trust anything our board says or does.

They were less than helpful it would seem with the Resolution12 guys, a statement was imminent just before Brendan signed when it looked like the support were going to walk in droves; but Brendan signing took the heat off and no statement was forthcoming.

They appear to be signatories to the “secret” 5 way agreement, and something tells me that if the lid came off the goings on over the past four years we would be astonished at our club’s complicity.

As I say, I could be way off the mark here but my faith in the club is at an all time low.

  18. The Comfortable Collective on

Don’t know about the programme but the TV’s in the main stand are saying Celtic have won 23 of the last 49 games they have played against the team they are playing today.

    Complicit pricks.
