I’m sure if the fringe players were dropped into the first team individually they’d play better with better players around them

I agree with previous posters re Bain. He is completely statuesque. When that shot hit the junction, he was admiring it from a standing position on the goal line.
Also – the green brigade are supposed to be celtic football supporters! if they have a gripe with the board by all means put up banners , demonstrate outside the stadium.

I think Betis want to win this. Look for them bringing on Juanmi or Canales at some point. Either of them would simply walk through our defence tonight.
I like Scott Bain; for a wee keeper he’s not too bad if quite unorthodox (like saves with feet and punching out)
Siegrist would prob be an upgrade and good understudy for Joe; dunno what his distrib with feet is like tho?
