Just said that to my grandson.

message for the celtic SCOUTING team – to play for celtic you need speed over 20yards, you need to be consistent week in week out , you need to have the ability to take the ball in tough situations and retain posession , you need work rate and character. if you lack these then you MUST have amazing technical and positional ability (Lubo)
Where the heck are we getting these players – you cant coach speed into players. We are slow, weak, and lack character.
