Agreed.. Yes, this is what I was trying to convey in a round about way.
On a different matter, Lewis is Morgan is back in full training yeah ? Anyone know how close or otherwise he is to a top team return ?

Leaving Azani out of the euro squad is puzzling . He was coming on for Australia in the World Cup and looking really good. If he can do it on the big WC stage surely he should be able to do it for the Celts. I predict he will make a Patrick Roberts impact ……..when-if he gets the chance.

If all this summer’s action — MD shove out the door apart — happened in June as shown in the accounts what will next years figure show?
Just what did we do as a club to improve the squad in July and August?
I fear some people in positions of authority are playing games and trying to be cute.
Great to be in a position that if we fail On the park we just sell a player.
When will this charade end?
A previous bout of CEO inspired cuteness / penny pinching brought us the 2016 SC SF debacle.

Good morning all.
Delighted with the win and for Griff last night, we restricted them to very little opportunities and IMHO they are not a bad team.
The more I watch it ,the ball from Broonie to Dedryck was BRAW.

Lots of writers & pundits seem to want to talk about impropriety back in 2007/08. Okay, let’s talk. (Thread)
Brendan needs to decide who his no.10 is and get the supply to Griff/and or Eddie!
Rogic and McGregor last night just didn’t work at all:((

SP-LG has to start games now, maybe try Molumbu with Broonie, and try Ntcham at No 10,McGregor and Rogic not been at it so far this season HH

Griff has been reported to police by a photographer, Duncan McGlynn, who claims that Griff shoved the camera into his face outside Dundee Sheriff court.
Sounds like an Edinburgh hun/jambo not happy that Griff would have the temerity to push at a lens stuck in his face.
Really, Griff/Celtic should have had someone with him who could do that much better than him.
Back to basics- glass half full and Almore thank you for your kind welcome.
3 points gained from a game we dominated throughout with an undue level of uneasiness.
We deserved the win but we also deserve to be more positive in our attitude as a team and as a support -but most of all the Griff deserves a tea cake!
Boyata and Benkovic should also be offered a confection of their own choice. Very impressive pairing.
However, a malaise has settled over several players and they should be rested to allow for them to re-focus.
Our musketeers are missing a musketeer and their form has dropped along with their bottom lips. They will return to form because they are very talented football players but they are young and need a little help from those around them both on and off the pitch. Perhaps their lost chevalier could skype them about life on the bench back home in Lyon.
Big Tom and Calmac are also struggling as is Scott Sinclair but regaining confidence is a millimeter away on a football boot. Brendan and Mr Davis will need to freshen the side for our trip to the plastic delights of Ayrshire.
Let’s play Malumbu and Christie on Sunday and upset Stevie ‘Jail bird’ Clarke. From memory Brendan is yet to register a victory over the old Stevemiester. Let it begin on Sunday.

David17 – good reveal on the defensive stat since Boyata returned to the side.
Was not aware we hadn’t conceded a goal since.
Pleased for the Griff, nightmare time with injuries, he will be vital to us this season, given the lack of goals so far this season
