Sometimes us Celtic fans like too worry it’s what we do :-)
Neil knows he has to deliver, a rolling 12mth contract is a masterstroke keeps the manager on his toes … keep being successful and the job is yours till you stop being successful … win/win for us and Neil
Another one or two signings this week to keep our treble treble winners on their toes … I don’t think Klimala signing and Leigh’s goals are a coincidence … always remember when Freddie Lungberg signed and people now speak of it as being a failed signing nobody ever mentions as soon as Freddie signed Broony & co upped their game and the midfield were magic from January to end of May that season

No Morelas or Tavernier for them today and Jack off injured . It’ll be interesting to see how they cope with even a fraction of the injuries we’ve had.
Excellent .. at first I read your post I thought you had bet Hearts 12 Sevs 1 then I got the 12/1 :-)

PHILBHOY-hi mate, didn’t think they would drop points today, but what do I know 😉
All good here and I hope everything good with you and that knee 🍀

Well done GFTB and Bhoycie ! Great boost for th hoops. Saw last 5 monutes on mobile after few holes of golf with Shuggy Jr who wouldn ‘t watched it as he thought Newco would get a penalty ! 7/1 the Jamtarts !

Delighted with the result today, always had a soft spot for Hearts.
On a serious note we Supporters are irrational no many how many years we spend watching , we never learn. After they beat us in Celtic Park, ghuys on here were saying that’s it we have lost the League regardless of fact that Bookies still had us as favourites. That’s the thing with Bookies they are the total opposite to fans.
Reality is we didn’t lose the League in the last Derby and they didn’t lose it today. Both sides will drop points outside of next 2 head to head, it’s still all to play for.
One thing for sure they are heavily reliant on the little coke heid just as we are reliant on French Eddie.
We need to get this Title over the line we need 2 tough hardened Pros in as Loanees who are ready to step into the fray immediately. No bedding in no projects, no fancy Dan’s.
I’ m sure we will read that tmorro…..eh ..?…. naw ..?

Morelos and Tavernier absolutely carry them. An extended spell without either would finish their title challenge.

We talk about Sevco players having no title experience – but today in his post match interview, Gerrard’s inexperience was very evident too. The man was almost shaking.

Well that was a Brucie bonus . Now let’s get some hardened pros in and toughen our side up . Do that and we will be 9ers

PHILBHOY – agreed. My observation is we start too many games in first gear, and only move up a gear or two if required. With our better players, we expect a few moments of magic and they normally deliver.
I have fond memories of battering teams into submission in the first 20 minutes, not waiting 20 mins to have a shot on goal.
That is how to play sevco. Pin them back, watch them crumble. If you gift them the middle of the park, and play boys that can’t hit hard then it becomes a lottery.
Here’s hoping we do it next time.

in the calm light of day,and you consider our defeat to them, we were / are bound to drop points , just luck it was to them. We are a far better team with far better players so let’s just win the league this year.
Personally, I’d love 10 in a row but that does not matter to me. Just keep winning and all else will take care of itself.

PLus Morelas and Kent to get them goals…..which is precisely why the SFA wriggled out of handing either of them an individual ban.
Take the few half decent players they have out of their team and they will be very ordinary.

Great result, the fact they dropped the 3 instead of 2 could be vital. Let’s hope this result provides a big boost and added determination and not an arrogant we’ve got it won response.
Well played to Hearts who were impressive throughout, this was a different Hearts to the one we played, one who would have caused us major problems this weekend. So that factor plus them missing Morelos and Tavernier was enough for the defeat.
I’m definitely keeping my celebrating powder dry, however 2 excellent signings will stack the odds heavily in our favour. Use the money Celtic, give ourselves the best chance possible.
Corkcelt, can remember several posters worried about us winning the league, but can’t recall one poster saying “thats it we’ve lost the league ” do you have a name or name’s for this poster or are you misrepresenting someone? No angst just interested to know, that’s a really strong statement to make with half a season to play.
