If Eddie is so valuable to us doesn’t it make sense to give him a rest when we can?
If we still win 3-0 I don’t see any problem with changing our formation to accommodate it.
Today was the easiest game we’ll have in weeks.

Really disappointing to hear the comments about today’s performance or lack of it. We appear flat and rudderless and the break was meant to solve that. I don’t understand our tactics or some of the selections or the point of paying good money for guys and they don’t get a run. I don’t understand why with two wingers and two wing backs playing we keep funnelling inside and we don’t cross the ball. Lastly I don’t understand why we don’t roar out of the tunnel land/or the huddle and tear into teams and frighten the life out of them. games like this against opposition struggling in the league should be all but over at half time giving us then the opportunity to rest players, bed players in, introduce youngsters etc. We do none of these things and to me it’s not difficult it’s pretty basic stuff. Come on Celtic let’s get a bit of purpose about us

Its extremely important we get to the game at Ibrox with our best players in the best physical shape possible.
2 games a week until then, we need to have them take breaks when we can

Not sure what to make of that. The game could have been out of our reach by half time had we been playing a half decent team.
Hats off to Foster, Julien, Brown and McGregor, who play at a good level every week, but if Eddy’s not firing, Celtic are not firing.
Bauer and Hayes were dreadful today. Forest and Johnson picked up where they left off against Sevco.
To win this league we need to get El Hamed and Elyanoussi back to fitness asap. We need to sort out the left back position and sign a right sided midfielder.
Left back/right back… First and foremost is to defend your position, if and when the option arises go up the flank and ffs put in a decent cross, then get your arse in gear to be where our defensive problems are coming from.
Too many times are we getting caught out with gaps on our wings.
A blind man and his dug can see it.

Just back from game, a tough watch in the first half but 3 points in the end.
Neil needs to find a settled 11 and system pronto as this swapping personell and systems is doing ma nut in😂 although a 3-0 win would seem to contradict my point, but it was only when Eddie came on that we looked a lot sharper.
We move onto St Johnstone and another tough away day.

FB’s were rank too but we’ve managed to get Jozo some game time (that’s the only positive about him, by the time he’s match sharp he’ll be injured) on current form he’s a liability
Ffs we don’t need another winger, JF is out of form, MJ if he’s gonna make it he needs loaned out get some game awareness he looks like a wee boy still (which he is).
In conclusion, these games at this time are about winning, March time we can dazzle on better pitches, but we need more than another winger

You need to stop talking sense! I agree with all of your points. Today was utterly insipid, with no spark or energy (until Eddie came on). A competent striker would have buried us before halftime. At 3-0, it is incomprehensible why Klimala did not come on. And why give Dembele 5 minutes, when you could give him 20? Very frustrating.
Post Dubai, I detect no difference between today, and our tepid December performances against Hamilton, St. Mirren etc. Where is the “intensity and aggression” promised? Where are the incoming first team ready “experienced” players? We are an Odsonne injury away from major problems, and we are riding our luck at the moment.
If we blow this league, the fury currently being directed by Man U fans towards the Glazers and Woodward will pale into insignificance compared to what will face the Celtic Board and Peter Lawwell.
I think MJ struggled tday. He is a bit too slight for some of the rough stuff that has/is coming our way in the run in. A few times tday he just couldnt go 50/50 to get the ball.
Thought OE should have hit the FK in 2nd half to give him the HT but MJ was determined.
I do hope he comes good because he has skill.

Just as important though for winning games for us this season has been FF.
If there is any possible way to sign him permanently in this window it would be imo massive for the whole club.

Don’t think we should be benchmarking against them.
Surprising line up and formation where NL returned to his crestfallen last home game with our millions of wingers he apparently can’t see enough of them.
Doubled up on each flank Celtic still couldn’t find the advantage despite oodles of width, and it was Ross County who caught the narrow back three out at least four times down Jonny Hayes side? and should have scored at least twice.
Luckily, a penalty from gormless galoot Clancy nearly, but not quite wakened up the crowd in time to go for a pie and bovril at half time
Tedium would be easy to improve on in the second half, where Celtic were at least hitting into the end where I can see properly
Some experts would have rested more than Eddy but the big man saved the day, and having come on scored a first ne double should have bee taken straight back off, he’s that good.
It would be great to have more variety at Celtic, and Mikey Johnston really has to settle soon and take his game time by the scruff. James Forrest will likely run amok in Perth on Wednesday it’s what he does, and thanks at least to the excellent CQN’er Bada Bing we’ve an inkling of Tom Rogic’s troublesome knee, and play some miss some season(s)
