Gftb-you can’t put all this on the players.Lenny is/was a big part of the problem.Think back to some of his team selections .You backed him to the hilt and fair play.But it’s been like this for a long time.He has slowly drained any belief the players had in him

Trying to replace the manager now, at this point in the season, would really mean giving up on 10.
The time needed for any new man to get bedded in would mean he’d be given slack over that transition period. Draws & even losses would have to be permissible for any new man, maybe even expected.
The board are sticking with the dwindling chance that NFL can actually turn it round in time.
He’s on his 12 month rolling contract so “worse to come” looks like Neil wont walk & the board wont pay up his contract to June 2021.
I wonder if today’s game had been in the SPFL – with another 3 points dropped – would the board’s thinking be different?

We have squandered so much money and compromised the values of this football club – with Lawell and Hammons failed policy. Bring in players HOPING they will somehow fill that jersey.
