    Edge of the seat, we played great stuff, positive stuff, everyone gave their all…

     

     

    Some real hero’s tonight, Mikel is fast becoming one of my favourites, I love Adam Matthews, Scott Brown works so hard for the team, Sammy… I love that guy and Stokes, say what you want but that guys a player!

     

     

    The feeling I have now is what makes me love Celtic, the nervous butterflies, the feeling when we score, the realisation we need more… The LAST MINUTE WINNER

    Not long in and gutted I have to wait until midnight to see the highlights on Sky.

     

    I criticised the manager for his starting line up, mainly due to inclusion of JF, another new CB pairing and also for keeping both Anto and JF on the park so late in the game!

     

    WTF do I know, eh?!!

     

     

    For everyone who has called Efe a bombscare, apologise now! Big man was excellent at the back tonight.

    NFL said that he and the team weren’t getting support. He had just been asked a question about transfers. I took it he was politely telling the hacks to GTF. Do you think I’d tell you?

     

    Immediately they said he was criticising the board.

    Interesting concepts of risk debated on here. Seems to be taken as read that a new player coming into a team at the last minute represents zero risk and high opportunity. In any workplace or team, that is unlikely to be the case. A balance of both.

     

     

    Not signing players late in the day represents zero risk to cash but retains the risk that the team is inadequate to crystallise opportunity.

     

     

    Buying big or sticking may have a similar outcome so I would say everyone on here will never know if they were right but we do know we are through. Ya dancer

    a few years back i’d have paid money for someone to take Sammy off our hands but, in europe especially, the guy is a star for us. top man.

     

     

    there were a few negatives and hairy moments but we overcame our opponent and thats the name of the game

    I was at work following via twitter & livescore and when the third goal went in I couldn’t tell if it was stoppage time or extra time, thought we might have to hang on for half an hour – then suddenly it was all over. Yeeeeeehaaaaaaa!
