I am ‘watching’ Celtic TV in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, and the local time is after midnight at 1am. Celtic TV displays a Slovan Bratislava image but no live video. They display a warning that ‘New UEFA restrictions apply, video holdback is now midnight at your location.’, Yet they won’t show me live video. Does anyone know if this can be fixed? …
