It felt wrong to me remember the header a few days ago from Paul ..” tactics”. We don’t seem to have a knowledge.of …..
1. How to play using them
Or
2 how to get the team to understand them
We know they can do 100 times better. We know what this all points to …. I can’t call for him to leave as I love him but somebody must make the call and quick
The thing is we are just as likely to hammer murderwell this weekend but it’s a paper over the cracks job if we do.

I always feel compelled to state my admiration for NL before I write anything that is not supportive
Please take my word for it I admire NL I respect his achievements at Celtic and support him as a man for everything he has endured on behalf of our club – Legend he is
But time waits for no man
And the time has come
A couple of comments from me about the season so far
Edouard has been very poor I see nothing from him that says he is a £30m Premier League Footballer
Duffy has been terrible – yet he has been a decent player in the Premier league
These 2 should be stand out performers in the Scottish PL
Why are they not ????
Obviously we have a problem somewhere and that’s the Manager’s job
It’s the fans that will decide if Neil Lennon stays or leaves,Some fans must be watching a different game than me,The rot started when Bitton gave the ball away to easily, and from then we never recovered,To me Christie,Frimpong ,Diego, get pass marks,Broony needs to be a bit player,Callum McGregor played a lot off football, looks as if it’s starting to catch up with him,Bain the goalkeeper gets the chance to be No 1 ,but he will be lucky to be 3rd choice after last night. ,French Eddy I don’t blame him for being not interested at times,Lennon to much in a hurry with Frenchie, and it shows, and you pay decent money on a few players and and are not at the races,Lenny could be in a job if he starts pl these players, because according to him the ones he trusts are letting him down,So if he is still the coach at Motherwell on Sunday start with these players,

I don’t disagree with that but we won’t change CEO halfway through the season and if we did, it wouldn’t affect performances or results on the pitch with this manager and squad of players.
The short-term and easiest solution to getting a bounce is changing the manager.
We can worry about the CEO once the dust settles on the season.

At what stage in his managerial career did he lose your wholehearted support?

After a restless night.. Wonder why… I lay awake growling at the occasional noise outside…. My mind went back to the summer.. We had shambles after shambles
Goalie.. Shambles
Griffiths.. Shambles
Centre half… Shambles
Left back… Shambles
Gavin Strachan… Shambles
These are are all self inflicted….
It continued…. Ferenchvaros shambles
Covid shambles…
Then we have a stuttering sort of start.. Nothing major but stuttering…… We win 5-0 at Ross County but concede a few chances…. Lennon makes his first (for me) major mistake… And I include playing Christie up top twice in this….. He drops julien for St mirren away!…. Unjustified?… Totally….. French Eddie has not kicked a ball since… Coincidence??…. Maybe…. But I think the French boys are close
Team morale and performances have taken a hit because I believe Julien to have been a popular part of the team with others… His replacement the managers choice has not cut it for various reasons tho I still think there’s a player there
Where do we go now?…… Twist or stick… Swim or sink…… Both decisions are fraught with danger………how would love to see somebody crunch into a tackle and win the ball…. That more than anything… Is what we are lacking… Will to win… Desire… Not sure Jurgen Klopp could instill it.

Why does it stop there rather than higher up the food chain?
The fact that he’s among the highest paid CEOs in British football suggests that his superiors are happy with his performance.

Another thought….the Covid lockdown and associated restrictions have called on different forms of management and leadership.
NFL’s reputation for the ‘laissez faire’ (and I’m being generous here) approach is probably ineffective and counterproductive at this time.

My friends in Celtic,
Don’t really know where to start regarding our performance last night.
Our manager will carry the can and I am truely conflicted with that.
Neil Lennon is Celtic through and through, even yesterday we were discussing Neil going out on a limb and challenging the SG on double standards.
He put his head above the parapet for our cause when maybe others should have done so.
I am pragmatic enough to know that change is inevitable, however those who have let Neil down will not be forgotten or forgiven easily.

Go out and secure the services of the current scotland manager.
Allow him to continue with the national team and allow him to bring in his own coaching set up.
He is not a sexy choice but he is the kind of guy who builds a team from the back which is exactly what we need.
Games like last night would be turned into [at worst] slender defeats for us…not utter humilation.
This is my solution right now that would give us some kind of fighting chance at 10 in a row.
If Lennon continues in this job for another month or so we will be requiring snookers by christmas and certainly by the time he takes his team to ibrox to get beaten and possibly heavily beaten.
Neil Lennon probably earns around 2 million pound a year [or more] for his services as our manager.
Unfortunately he would not have the ability to earn 200k a year for his skills as a manager in any other football club in the UK.
