We have dominated from the kick off and could have been well ahead by HT had Murray awarded a penalty for handball, Kayal being felled in box and Hooper being sandwiched although the foul may have been just on the edge of box.

Yep 5 clear with game in hand. It seems its going to be like this for rest of season. Teams just sitting in at Celtic Park trying to keep the score down. Thought when we scored they might come out but not a bit of it, horrible from St.Mirren.

Forgot about Murderwell.
Very good performance today. Shame we did not score more goals but St Mirren made it difficult by playing 11 men behind the ball at all times.It’sa shame because they look like they like to play but are afraid to. I think we are just lacking a little creativity in midfield – in games like these you need a Lubo or a McStay in there to find the right pass at the right time.
Thought Kayal was great first half. Victor had a very solid game as did Mathews. We are bound to see a few more games like these as the season progresses. All we can do is keep securing the 3 points. Good day at the office
That was one of the most bias display I have seen for some time by a referee.
Out of the five penalty appeals we had in the first half, four were of the stonewall variety, the other would have been given had it been in our box.

Ref gave us nothing, St. Mirren just played to keep score down. No wonder the entertainment factor is down which is obviously affecting the attendance.
St Mirren were playing initially for a 0-0, then when we scored, they tried to contain,and hope for a breakaway.
Had brother murray been honest and given us the first stonewall pen, who knows what could have happened.
Feeling cheated.

I’m not criticising the officials today, but I think St Mirren had a good call, a very good call for a throw in that went against them today.
However, time to move on. I didn’t actually see the incident so I stand corrected if I’m wrong, I don’t have a problem with that, honestly. What was the linesman’s name and what school did he go to, that’s all I’m saying? As I’ve said before, I don’t have a problem with that but it’s hard enough to go there and get any sort of decision at all.
