  1. Radio Scotland going ballistic over the chair thrown from the crowd at the Aberdeen v Dundee Und game. Commentator asks that now someone has been injured by an object thrown from the crowd is that a game changer? Has he not heard about Arne Engels, to name but one? They can’t hide their bias. Over their coverage of the weekend’s football, no mention of James Forrest’s goal, let alone Celtic’s big day.

    Totally agree de Tony D

    Huge injury issues. Shoestring budget.

    Tried to play good football.

McInnes gets hearts job for doing very little more than Tony.

  3. Love the attempt at equivalence from BBC

They’re gutted that Hibs won the league – let’s hope Glasgow city can win the Cup.

Dundee under Tony Docherty, one of the very few teams, who don’t park 2 buses, and give you a game of football, what do the owners expect here?

  6. Hard to believe that Dundee have followed Hearts in sacking their manager, one after a difficult second half of the season to finish 10th overall in the SPL, and the other whose team fell away later in the season after salvaging the wreckage left by Steve Naismith, who to be fair paid for his relative success in qualifying for Europe last season. According to reports Dundee claim that results were ‘not up to their expected standard’ a conclusion based no doubt, on some data based nonsense. You can always find another manager, but both Doherty and Critchley had a positivity about them in difficult times, something not always recognised or appreciated .

  7. Not sure what John Nelms expects tbh. Tony D a victim of far too good a first season.

Also developed two good players and got good money for one of them from us.

Rijeka blew their first attempt tonight by losing 2-1 at Split.

They have another go v Slaven (5th not bottom as mentioned previous) next weekend.

I respect folks think it doesn’t matter who we play but for me only Basel would really worry me of the unseeded ones. I would be less sure v Bodo or Red Star or Copenhagen or Zagreb.

    …………………

Please keep the updates coming regarding our play off status. I think it’s very important who we play in these games. Is it looking good that we might be seeded or are the odds against it as things stand?

  9. Barrowfield will be good investment on the development of young football players and girls to ,hopefully Celtic will be looking at good coaches to go forward on achieving players to be ready for hopefully first team opportunities, and could I ask if there will be any developments inside or especially outside our stadium,
