  1. AS ever…the HUNS just canny take it.

The worlds WORST LOSERS, ON the Pitch and OFF it.

Good morning all from Govanhill. Another beautiful Sunday. Bring on those good times and let’s party!

  3. Apparently on HUNS TV yesterday when the Ref and VAR did NOT award the Huns a ” Goal” in the game against Hibs, RABID Hun ” John Brown” was claiming that Scottish Fitba is CORRUPT, and that it was the WORSE DECISION he has ever seen in all his years in Fitba ?

TWO Points immediately sprung to my mind when I read about Browns Claims……Its NOT often that John Brown and the Celtic support AGREE on anything….

And secondly….Bomber Broon MUST have forgotten about the “Throw In” that WRONGLY went Celtic’s way in the 1980 Cup Final, that directly led to Celtics ( Joe Millers) Winning Goal ? Bomber Broon was SCREAMING for THAT Throw In to go Rangers way and he was the nearest Hun player when the ball went out of play.

    Whit a Hun CHUMP !

    LOL

    HH.

  4. John Brown…” Scottish Fitba is CORRUPT”….

The Celtic support have been saying THAT for many a long year.

Nice to hear John Brown AGREEING with the Celtic support.

    LOL

    HH.

  5. Hibs – 2 v Huns – 2 yesterday.

Since becoming the Huns ” Manager” ( Barry Ferguson ) HOW MANY times have the Huns lost AT LEAST TWO Goals in a game ?

I hope that he gets the Gig.

    LOL

    HH.

  6. Hope the Aberdeen player who was hit in the face by a chair thrown from a thug in the crowd is OK, looked a sore one …….

One day a player is going to die because of one of these wreckless acts by fkn animals ….

  7. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

Hope every celebrating fan got home safe last night.

Seems to have gone off peacefully enough.

    Celtic’s statement was interesting.@

Do you have a link to that statement?

    Thanks.

Good football and racing on today. City Centre mobbed with runners and spectators for the charity races. And another lovely day in my old Glasgow Town. You can never have enough good times. 👍

McGregor on Sportscene was raging after the game because we played shite, that’s why we are where we are

And nobody left till James Forrest did score

Just another day in Paradise with a script already written, how fitting that he’s there and he’s always there one James Forrest. A model professional first to arrive at pre season training next season, and to greet him will be Celtic’s exceptional in every level manager.

A goal that felt like a winner, 93 forgettable minutes of football engraved in Celtic history in the 94th, with a move and pause that feels like could slow motion that wait for it to go hit the net.

The pre match build up and ‘Walk On’ was magnificent bathed in sunshine, then the game started. Celtic dominated but St. Mirren didn’t roll over, it was a day for spoilers not five zero another inept display by the latest referee that couldn’t call the shots in the SFA default position. Celtic star players had a bit of a Perth look, a long hard season, inside the stadium you could see the Forrest coming as soon as we leaked the goal. Adam Idah maybe saving it for Hampden assumed the temporary, CQN ‘ invisible ‘ role. Nicolas Kuhn and Daizen Maeda both should have scored, but both have had astonishing seasons, the stage was set for the greatest winning equaliser ever scored in Parkhead.

Three words you’ll hear for a week “ Jamesie must start “ I wouldn’t bank on it, thinking of tiring Aberdeen legs. Only Celtic supporters and Brendan Rodgers know how to make the trophy pick up day better and better, now all that’s left is that walk along Kings Park Ave, to see the champions play.

    MOM James Forrest.

    Champions again!!

Fairy tail football yesterday for JF. A fitting way to round off a great season.

I’m delighted for him as much as I’m disappointed in the performance of a few of his team mates who are now failing to turn up with alarming regularity. We’ll need to up it a few notches next week lest we end up with a bloody nose.

As an aside, is anyone else intrigued as to why puff pieces on Drunken Ferguson are starting to appear in the SMSM🤔

Celtic TV had good post match coverage, although one of the commentators thought it was the Pope’s funeral….

  14. Radio Scotland’s first news item earlier was the chair thrown at the Aberdeen player, roundly condemning the act. Quite right, of course. Has it, however, ever given such prominence to the regular attacks on our staff and players in Ibrox? I have lost count of the number of these attacks, never mind the number of objects thrown, besides the actual physical attacks on the likes of Scott Brown. Has the deid team ever been held to account for these wrongs? Doubt it.

  15. Brilliant day yesterday and more than delighted for James Forrest (the mercurial winger not the blogger)

Don’t read the red tops, though its hard to avoid the retweets.

Certainly a lot of embedded war correspondents down the Trongate yesterday. The outcome of which seems to be some drunk folk and litter.

Basically, any park in Glasgow on any sunny day.

    How disappointing for them.

Following the Aberdeen chair throwing, a lot of those who had lost their tongue following the revolting huns being revolting will finally be able to offer an opinion.

Enjoy the sun and the internal warm glow today

Not that it should, but hopefully the act of violence seen at Tanadice yesterday gives the Scottish football “authorities” the cover to address wanton acts of thuggery that are becoming ever more frequent at football matches.

Banning orders are not enough. The courts need to send a clear and simple message – whether it hits someone or not, chuck anything on to a football pitch and you’ll be banged up for a considerable period of time.

GM- I watch The Overlap on YouTube, Ferguson was a guest a few weeks ago, he’s not the guy I thought he was, well worth a watch

  18. Fantastic day yesterday and fitting Jamsie gets the goal. We should remember the time wasting by St Mirren . Their keeper should have been booked as well as players leaving balls on the park during play.

Luke McCowan has a few things to learn IMO. Caught on the ball a few times but hopefully will learn from it.

    Treble yell next week !.

  19. As Bada said earlier, Duncan Ferguson on The Overlap is a great watch. Think he is doing the rounds just now as he has an autobiography coming out.

On yesterday at Tannadice – amazing the number of incidents at Ibrox and we hear nothing from the Players Union, yet Wishart is on right away yesterday condemning what has gone on……typical!

  20. At a communion yesterday the biggest cheer I have heard when Jamesy got his goal …

MissGFTB was leaving at 3pm to go into merchant city at 3pm with about 8 of her pals

I was sort of a bit worried the fact that “media” outlets were trying to whip up hatred … sort of said to her not to wear the hoops (something that my own parents used to say to me when I was 16, defo turning into my father) she answered me by saying … “they won’t decide what I wear, they are walking out of hatred we are just celebrating” … whit a lassie 🍀🍀🍀

Everton 1 up in the last game at their grand old stadium. Been there a few times many years ago. As Tam McLaughlin said a while back- they don’t like the hun.

BBC says “The unofficial celebrations come on the same day a major Orange walk took place in the city, although it passed off without incident in the morning.”

Glasgowlive says “Footage has emerged of a heated altercation between Celtic fans and people supporting the Orange walk, with a number of cans and bottles lobbed in the direction of the Celtic fans.”

  23. St Mirren Goalie yesterday…

I believe that this Goalie WAS Yellow Carded by the REF for ” TIME WASTING” ?

According to Posts on here, this Goalie was ” SPOKEN to by the Ref” for the SAME OFFENCE during the match.

Will we ever see a REFEREE dish out TWO Yellow Cards and then a RED CARD for any Goalie and/or Player for deliberately TIME WASTING on more than Two occasions during a game ?
