Russell Martin’s team really got back into the game away to Sturm Graz, though it finished 2-1, so we should be able to cause them some problems. A win would get us back into contention not to mention giving the players and us the supporters a much need boost. Optimistic as always 3-1 to the Celts!

Itβs been a hard read here for the last couple of months and I do try to read just about everything- barring the obvious scroll bys. When your time watching Celtic is curtailed by distance, work, age and illness then CQN is an essential conduit for this Celt to follow, not just the games, but the soul and spirit and well being of The Famous Glasgow Celtic.
It has long been predicted that the only thing to derail Celticβs success is Celtic itself- and so it has come to passβ¦β¦ well, almost. We are not at that place yet.
We still have the best team, squad and support for domestic success by a country mile. The executive and the manager have not dovetailed their respective aspirations, duties and goals (sic) causing disappointment, dissatisfaction and division. Victorious results are the best way to heal these, and that is down to the players and, yes, they are good enough but need our full support.
Tonight I have the unexpected chance to show that support in person along with my grandson. Hopefully weβll see a victory and lots of smiles again.
That music does not inspire at all. Miss the Champions League anthem, ah well….

I was lurking today and dismayed to read a few CQNers positively gloating about dubious evidence of a meagre 35,000 crowd tonight, based on visits to ticket office online stadium map.
How stupid do they feel now?
They’ll never learn.

Usual pre-match nerves kicking in. A whole lot worse than normal to be honest.
4-4-2 might be a good move.

As it stands Scottish clubs have 1 point between them in the league stages.
Back to Basics will tell us what it means for future qualification for the CL but my guess is its not good
β
Lol, C40me.
Yes the details under the headline are routinely illuminating.
So, in no particular order β¦
Scotland is screwed.
Good Luck Celtic, hard work needed, play as a team , see where it gets us.
I dismay if this is 433 with Nygren on the right
BR spoke of working on solutions including formation
My Godβ¦Scottish fitbaβ is in a poor stateβ¦.
BACK TO BASICS – GLASS HALF FULL on 23RD OCTOBER 2025 7:21 PM
Hopefully there are no minus points for finishing bottom of the table
Another Rodgers team designed to keep ball. No runners from midfield
As we speak, Scottish teams are having a horrendous night.
Has the stock of our club teams been lower ?
It is not good enough just to compete in domestic football. We need European progress.
I really hope that has sunk in with all concerned at our club.
COYBIG
The hun hordes initial feeling towards their new manager will be similar to as if theyβve eaten a box of Brann flakes.
Braga win again.
