    Paul The Spark, I can’t see that being sanctioned unless BR already has a top CF replacement lined up. There’s no way we’re leaving ourselves with just Idah and Kenny up front.

    correct . If the ref blows for the first foul (as he should have done) Daizen doesn’t react , therefore no red card . I thought the ref was poor .

    I love wee Kyogo , but tonight he struggled with ball control , was easily disposessed and was too easily caught off side . Never thought I would say this , but it wouldn’t break my heart to see him go . Provided we could replace him with a striker who had some of the wee man’s magic but was stronger on the ball.

    Press grapevine is buzzing that the wee man is off soon. What does Kyogo get from Ligue 1 obscurity tho ?

     

     

    One report implied we’re getting 10m plus Jota.

     

     

    If true, that would be the steal of the century. Even a deal of 10m including Jota isnae too bad.

    Adam Idah was instrumental in putting us through to the champions league knock outs. He was instrumental in getting us into the champions league. The balance sheet bhoys must love him…

    The big 5 leagues still absolutely dominating this format. Teams from smaller countries generally outmatched as the table confirms. From the smaller leagues only Feyenoord ahead of us going into the last game and only then after a coupon buster against Bayern. I fully expect City to beat Brugge next week and that’s likely to see them or Benfica eliminated.

     

     

    Which is all to acknowledge the level of achievement for the bhoys.

    Certainly a yellow for Daizen but does anyone think that’s a straight red. I don’t see that.
