And Brendan Rodgers’ side will then square up to their Pittodrie opponents in the Premier Sports League Cup semi-final at Hampden on Saturday, November 2 with a 5.30pm kick-off.
The last-four clash with the north-east club will be an action replay of the dramatic Scottish Cup clash between the sides at the same stage last term.
The pulsating tie ended 3-3 after extra-time and Joe Hart was the hero of the day with a stunning save during the penalty-kick shoot-out. Nicolas Kuhn, James Forrest and Matt O’Riley were the team’s marksmen at the national stadium.

Celtic have also arranged a friendly at Sligo Rovers on Wednesday October 9 just before the international break which will see Scotland play UEFA Nations League matches against Croatia away on Saturday October 12 and Portugal at Hampden three days later.
