CHRIS MORRIS, CHRIS SUTTON, A CELTIC STATE OF MIND

A Celtic State of Mind offers an insight into the culture of Celtic Football Club, the city of Glasgow, and fans of the reigning invincible Scottish champions.

Each episode includes interviews with ‘Celtic-minded’ figures from the world of sport, music, film, art, broadcasting, literature or politics.

This season, A Celtic State of Mind will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the historic centenary season by discussing the double-winning campaign with ex-players of that magical era.

In this week’s Centenary Special, Paul John Dykes speaks to Republic of Ireland internationalist, Chris Morris, about his Celtic career, what the club means to him, and the part he played in introducing ‘The Fields of Athenry’ to the Celtic fans’ songbook.

Chris was a stalwart of the centenary success, and he speaks passionately about his five years at Celtic Park.

More than 80,000 Celtic fans have now tuned into A Celtic State of Mind, and it will go from strength to strength in the coming weeks with several very special guests lined up for the show.

Last night CQN went behind the scenes with BT Sport at the Hamilton v Celtic match. We will have a very special podcast on this tomorrow evening featuring an interview with Chris Sutton where he talks about the comparison between Martin O’Neill and Brendan Rodgers and there’s a few words on Gordon Strachan too.
